The staff at Pharmasave are very helpful, professional and patient. On many occasions I have called to ask questions about my kids’ medication, rash and vaccinations and so on. Everyone takes the time to patiently explain and answer our questions. The store has some great gift ideas and can deliver anything to your door in a pinch. We are so lucky to have this team in Ingersoll.

Honestly the best pharmacy in town. Their staff is incredible and truly make you feel cared about. We switched here from Shoppers because of how fantastic and helpful they always are! With the current shortage of some medications, they even contacted the hospital for us to provide alternative options and update our prescription when all the other pharmacies we visited just basically said “tough luck”. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been coming here for around two years now and have been on a number of different mediactions over the years and have always felt that the staff at this Pharmasave are a) considerate b) very fast and filling prescriptions and c) are willing to tailor their pharmacist couselling to your level of knowledge about different classes of mediactions - never once have I felt spoken down to or judged. Fantastic pharmacy with dedicated staff. Highly recommend.
