I was impressed by the other reviews and called thema) One of the guys rang the bell and came in. Came in and opened up the panel to show us the freezing coil. All good until then, but then he also took out the filter and shoved it back in breaking itb) Meanwhile we had no idea that a colleague of his was doing something on the unit outside the house (i basically cannot trust anything he says about the AC unit from that point on)c) This other person from climaxair then went on to talk about costs and replacement costs (I am an engineer and know what components are involved - they can be expensive but the cost he quoted was egregious and the sole purpose was to upsell us on getting a new AC)So disappointed in the experience - If you read other google reviews about them properly, you might see a trend (even though most are 5 stars, it should have been a red flag to me). I wish i had been more thorough.

I can’t say enough good things about these people. They saved me in a cold snap on Christmas Eve 2022 when my furnace broke and was over 20 years old and he drove repair. They came the next morning before 9am and installed a brand new furnace. They even offered a space heater for the night we were without. Very kind, professional, and great service all around. Highly recommend!!!!

May 2023: I had a good experience using Climax to install a new a/c unit.I noticed 'Mojtaba Parvizi' left a google review -- same name as the person who contacted me from Climax. Does he work for Climax?

My furnace was not working, and I tried googling a bunch of fixes, which i tried, but none of them worked. I called Reliance, and their only availability was next morning, and they would charge $99 charge for a tech to come in for diagnosis. I kept looking up other services and I found Climax Heating & Air Conditioning, and I saw that it was 5-star rating with over 420+ reviews so i figured I'd give it a shot. Most of the reviews I read were about a tech named Sam who gave excellent service. And of course the person who picked up was Sam. He was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable, and Sam helped me resolve the issue all over the phone, and even told me how much money I saved by not needing any tech to come in. There was no wait time, no holding on the phone. He helped me diagnose and resolve the issue immediately.Sam provided excellent customer service, extremely helpful, helped me immediately with my furnace issues, walked me through everything step by step, even though I was unfamiliar with the parts, and had my issue resolved in under 10 minutes.Highly recommend Sam and his service!

Ok, I am blown away by the customer service of this company. They came over on a Sunday morning within an hour of us calling. Our 24 year old furnace had died. They showed us the cracked heat exchanger and the blower motor was broken. They came the next morning and removed the old furnace and put in the new. It took less than three hours. Ali and Reza were so nice to deal with! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. 6+ stars.

We were looking to replace our furnace and AC and found the company through the excellent reviews on google. We met with Moe and he discussed the options we had available. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the options clearly and was transparent and clear with what work needed to be done and how much everything was going to cost.We had the unit installed yesterday, it works great and we are very pleased with the level of workmanship he provided.I would highly recommend this company especially Moe.
