A gem in the city. One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been too. And service is amazing. Everything was so good from the tacos to the guacamole to the tequila. Best spicy margarita in town. Top notch service!

We love the Junction area so went by the following Mexican restaurant. We had the Queso Fundido (it was ok), Baja Tacos (great!), Portobello Tacos (good), Baja Fish salad (good as well) and the virgin margaritas and the hibiscus margarita (which was really good!). I felt the food did need a little kick with spices/sauces but maybe I’m used to that. Service was decent as there was some mix up in the order and not much follow ups after serving. Lots of parking around the area.

First time here. Queso fundido (sp?) is delicious.Comes with so many chips.I liked the aqua fresca.Overall, pretty great experience.

Cute place, good drinks, but the food was bland. Portobello tacos honestly tasted like nothing. The waiter was kept peering into my boyfriend’s wallet as he was paying, kinda uncomfortable. Overall, just ok.

We found this place by accident walking by. The smell of the food and the faces of everyone enjoying their food made us come back after walking about a block away. The minute we walked in every single person greeted us with these huge smiles, we could really feel the love. Then we ordered our food and drinks and it was all so delicious, you can really see they make everything with pride and love. I had been looking for a great Mexican place to eat and most places fell short but this place is 10/10! I recommend the pizzabirria, chicken tacos, margarita and MUD SLIDE! Soooooo good. Will 100% be going back. Thank you everyone for the amazing service and food. <3

We were walking by and noticed the cute patio they had set up so decided to head back for dinner. We were seated inside and the restaurant is so cozy in all the right ways.For drinks they had a good selection of margaritas and beers. The food menu also had an excellent selection. It basically has all the options you want (fish, beef, pork, mushroom etc.) which you can then get as a taco, burrito or quesadilla!Overall the restaurant is wonderful. Great food, cozy vibes and delicious margaritas. Based on the other reviews I will for sure be back to try the fish tacos!

Woowwwww.... Again I visited this amazing place for authentic Mexican food and they have changed at all. Food still amazing, service is fantastic, the Margaritas are delicious. We had guacamole with 3 hot sauce, 3 orders of tacos and 6 margaritas. This place is truly amazing.Thank you guys...

Clandestina Mexican bar and grill is truly a great spot for Mexican food and amazing cocktails. I tried the chicken and Baja fish tacos with a strawberry Mojito and a drink called Mudslide. The food was spectacular and the drinks were very refreshing. Mudslide is basically vanilla shake with vodka and coffee liquor. Arturo, the manager, made wonderful drinks. Thanks to Jose and Arturo, I had a wonderful time. Great service and great food makes this restaurant stand out from others. I will surely be back

Came here in the springtime to try their nacho chips, baja fish bowl, and horchata. The food tasted quite good although I wish the baja fish bowl was a bit bigger. Otherwise, the servers were attentive and the ambience was chill.

I had an amazing experience at Clandestina Mexican Grill! The fish tacos were absolutely delicious and some of the best I've ever had. The cocktail I ordered was also fantastic and complemented the flavors of the food perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were all friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine and a great dining experience.
