Sylvan Lake RV

My wife and I purchased this 2011 FR Sandpiper from Adam on June 26, 2020. Over the 10 days we were trying to decide if this was the trailer for us, Adam was quick to respond to any questions or concerns he had. Very professional, curious and friendly. When we went to pick up the trailer, Adam (a different one) and Lee gave us a really good inspection tour and how everything operates in the trailer. Frank helped us with the extended insurance. Everyone at Sylan RV was fantastic to deal with. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine who is interested in a travel trailer especially after he seen ours and we told him of our experience. Thanks again Adam, Adam, Frank and Lee for all your assistance and patience. We know we are going to have plenty of great times in this trailer. All the best and stay safe.

Amazing stuff. I took my camper to another company and was nothing but bad things. Took it to sylvan rv and they were super good. Did an amazing job and was way cheaper then any where else and they did really good! I would go back in a heart beat

Had a great experience here. Visited about a part we needed. The fellow behind the parts counter was patient, answered our questions, wasn’t able to immediately provide the part but kindly sent us where we could get it. Would definitely come back.

My wife and I dealt with Wes, Dexter and Jason for the purchase of our new to us camper. If one of the guys didnt have an answer they were honest about it and got the answers regardless if it was what we were hoping to hear or not. The persona of a used car salesman is not how this place operates and they have incredible staff that are honest and more than willing to help. They were beyond flexible with their time to help us and allow us to make sure that the unit we found would actually suit our needs and wants instead of pushing something on us just to make a sale.Bonnie is the detailer and I dont think a used trailer could be any cleaner than what she gets it.Most importantly they are professional and communicate to reflect how the customer wants to communicate. If you want to be serious they are that. If you want to have a few chuckles they will dive right in and have a little fun too.Absolutely amazing experience and when we need to look for another camper this will be the first place we go.Thanks for everything to everyone mentioned and all the others behind the scenes that we didn’t get to meet that made the experience as great as it was!Thanks,Mike and Dorrie Potter

I am a little late with my review as I kept forgetting! We were camping near Sylvan lake back in May when we needed a part for our RV. We went into this store and were helped right away. The one girl wasn't sure of the part that we were looking for so she recommended Becky, who was just finishing up with a client. My boyfriend vaguely explained what he was looking for and Becky new instantly what attachment it was.We had scoured Canadian Tire for this part, they didn't have anything that would fit. But Sylvan RV had the piece we needed.Becky is very knowledgeable with her parts and the service there was great. I highly recommend this store!

Patrick was great to deal with, we went back and forth a few times trying to find the correct deal for us an they came through. We purchased a used 5th wheel. They insisted on doing a complete walk through to confirm all items were working was very thorough. Patrick assured us the couple things missed would be dealt with promptly. Thanks Patrick and Dexter for getting us into a great unit for the start of the Rv season.

Since switching management or whatever they did , customer service tanked and we were lost in the mix.with warranty work and promises made by our original sales guy when we purchased late fall 2021. We couldn't test anything in the unit when purchasing as it had been winterized and late October . After taking it out (summer of 2022) an being able to use our unit for the first time , there was some minor issues that needed to be looked at. The customer service was absolutely appalling. We will never take our unit back here for warranty. The kids running this place took zero accountability,lost our keys (the only set we were ever given ) then tried to say we had them. They tore apart the under belly of our unit to test" things and left it that way. They left the power on in the unit an fried abrans new battery we had purchased. They did reimburse us for that as we were left stranded on crown land

Purchased a toy hauler from Sylvan Lake RV. The service was outstanding and I have nothing but good things to say about every aspect of the purchase! Salespeople were very knowledgeable about the specifications of the trailer and gave important advice and informed me of the various hazards when using the trailer! Left the purchase feeling like I made two new friends that are willing to help whenever I require further advice regarding the toy hauler. I appreciate all the help from the Sylvan Lake RV team! Patrick and the entire team were great! From the sale to pick up & everything in between. Every person in their office and shop were friendly, helpful and had a genuine smile. We have been searching for 6 months and drove many many miles to find the unit we bought from them and I have nothing but top reviews for the team and products they sell. Thanks for making what has seemed like the never ending Rv search so easy to finalize.
