T-SHIRT TIME

I placed an order online for a portrait on the mug. The picture was in green clothes when I went to the shop to pick it up it was all orange and red colour all over the cup and the pictures seemed so dull to be recognized. I need that mug on the same day but was told to come tomorrow or some other time. They asked me if I want credit or what else? I wanted a refund but I was given store credit written with a pen on their business card. This is very unprofessional, careless and rude...

Edit: Was charged again to have it fixed.I was disappointed when I got home and took a look to see that the color on the print was missing from certain parts. The print was also way smaller on the sweater than I thought it would be. Quality is lower than I would have paid over 60$ for.

I was super excited to get my fav print on a Hoodie. First one the print wouldn't stick then they redid and it seemed like it took. I had the wax added so I was guaranteed a longer lasting print. I have washed the hoodie 2x in last 2 months. Inside out, in cold water and hung to dry. Whole print is lifting, Hoodie looks brand new, print looks 10 years old. So not worth the $ I spent.

5 stars all day! Val the manager really came through for me. Great customer service and people skills. If I was her boss I would give that girl a raise! I needed shirts made for a bachelor party and left it until the last minute. An hour before close she told me she would get it done and she kept her word and even stayed a few minutes late to fill my order. Highly recommend T-SHIRT TIME for anybody throwing a bachelor or Bachelorette party. There are even discounted rates for bulk orders. Thanks again Val you rock.

Went into the location and the two staff seemed too preoccupied to actually do work and help a customer. Decided to email later that night with some graphics and idea for a custom T-shirf and nobody ever bothered to call or email me back (been three days now and nothing). Not sure how they stat in business not wanting to sell anything. I've gone with an online printer instead so that seems my better option. Disappointed.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The girl working there have too much attitude, don't have the knowledge of software they are using everyday. Tried to charge way more than they should for a regular t-shirt and saw couple of customers coming back with print coming off while I was in the store. Never going back.....

Worst customer experience ever. Went in on a Wed with plenty of time before close and the worker said they'd do it, then ended up not getting it done so said it would be done by Sunday and they'd call me. I paid in full. They never called. I went back the next Wed and another worker had no idea about the order. She said she had others to do first and would try to get it done that night before close. I said no, it has already been six days and I wanted it done now. She was very rude, said many times she had others things to do, told me to take a walk, told me to leave the counter area (I was standing on my phone) and when she finally did make my shirt she crumpled it into a ball while it was hot and put permanent puckers in it. I'm furious. I've been to the Conestoga Mall location and they're lovely.Stay away from the Cambridge location.

No prices on anything in store so it's a surprise when you check out, the decals never last on the clothing you buy.
