Terra Losa Medical Clinic

Told me they were accepting patients. Took my children and myself to the new doctor for the booked appointment. Waited 45 min to see the new dr. The receptionist was very rude and did not greet me or tell me anything. At the end of the appointment she tells me I will get a call to see if I am her patient. Excise me? Arent you supposed to say this before wasting my time?????????? i wait weeks. Nothing. Finally i call and they tell me that the new dr is still accepting patients which bdw still waiting for a refferal for my child but I am not been accepted as the previous medical clinic had told me I was at fault for going to the wrong appointment THEY GAVE ME and for creating a scene after them telling me to come down to the clinic to sort it out. Massive time wasters. Please look up winterburn clinic you will see my review there. Issues after issues. Extremely unprofessional and I will not stop leaving reviews as the staff do not know how to admit their own mistakes.

Really bad experience. Staff is unpleasant, completely unfocused, they do not call back even when the results are abnormal. Twice I found out I needed treatment/medication on my own only by using digital health account where my results appeared, no one from the clinic called me to notify me about it in months. Doctor stares at his computer the whole time like a receptionist, did not even ask about my family medical history which is a standard question when meeting a new patient. He is almost experimentally prescribing meds prior to doing any analysis. Don’t go there, it makes more sense to go to walk in clinics than to have a doctor like this one. Update: I’m changing this doctor. They’re consistently not doing their job with a terrible attitude. This clinic is an example of how doctors and staff should not look like!!

This clinic has been completely destroyed and an embarrassment to the good medical people that care. Incompetent reception to a rushed “see as many people” as possible dr Sadiq, that has made enough rushed mistakes that I, and my family, wouldn’t step into this office or their winterburn clinic if they were the last clinics in the city. I’m so grateful we’ve now found a new, great family Dr!! I am absolutely convinced any rating above 1 star on here is relatives or employees, because it’s not possible, if they’ve spent any time as a patient here, and not experienced what most have. Disgraceful. Also, this is my first ever google review.

Tried calling a few times to book a meet and Greet for my Father to find him a new Family Doctor and nobody answers the phone. Says you can't leave messages. How is a business, especially a essential need such as seeing a doctor for many at a medical clinic, be efficient, professional and tend to people in need if there is no way to speak to someone on the phone. Not everyone can walk in. It is frustrating and this problem should be fixed asap or they should be shut down.

Dr Arain and other staff members are nice and friendly here. With an advanced appointment you don’t have to wait much.

New doc that took over the practice after Dr.Yip retired is not a good family doctor. After seeing him 5 times he still did not even know who I was and everything that I had bought to his attention he sent me to someone else because he did not know what was wrong and did not want to make the call on specific medical issues I had. On top of that he complained to me about his finances a few times because he bought the practice.... not sure what I'm supposed to do lol. The Google info has been out of date for over 4 months. If you want a appointment in the afternoon you are forced to go to his other office in winterburn because he goes there as well. You have to jump through hoops just to see him. Me and over 15 family members have been going to tera losa medical clinic for 20 years and we have all moved to others because of the lack of professionalism. And when I did it took them over 3 weeks to send my basic info to my new doc when I was told multiple times we are sending it today".DO NOT GO HERE. Dr.sadiq ruined a great medical clinic."

Was seeing Dr. Schick, don’t bother wasting time. Just an unpleasant person and does not care at all about the patient. I canceled on the same day I had an appointment with covid symptoms, once I arrived at my next appointment she told me to pay $150 or get out, and told me i should’ve come in sick, and it was my responsibility to pay her receptionist’s wage. Could go on. Hasn’t helped me in the slightest. Absolutely horrible, some people should not be doctors

Called to cancel my appointment on the sameday due to having covid symptoms and was told I would have to pay a $50 no show fee. I asked how this clinic keeps patients safe and was told “I am just following the policy”. This was supposed to be a meet and greet appointment but in interest of other patients I decided it best to stay home. I wonder how many patients they have coming in symptomatic… I will be looking elsewhere. The receptionist seemed flustered and rushed.

If i could give her negative starts I would!I had seen Dr. Schick for pregnancy advice/ early pregnancy care. I was told more then once that i should not go through my pregnancy over small things and I felt like a burden as the ob office she referred me to wouldn’t take me for some time and she would need to do my prenatal care.She caused me to have so much anxiety with phone calls saying come in asap, over things like a bladder infection. I would never recommend her to anyone!Do not see her.

My senior mother was trying to get an apt at Tera Losa, and that it would take until January for an apt. The doctor is barely at this Tera Losa location. She got told to do a walk in at their other location in winter burn. She arrived and was told that they don't do walk in apts past noon even though they never specified that in the call. Then charged her 2 dollars for a mask. Then refused to give a copy of her medications saying that it's not possible. Then the receptionist walks to the back for a few mins and comes out and hands my mother a hand written piece of paper with rules. They also drag their feet on sending off the prescriptions to other pharmacies that aren't their own. They hold your prescriptions hostage. She had to leave the other winterburn location in tears and the receptionist was sitting there like she didn't have a care in the world. There is no compassion for the elderly here please go elsewhere.
