Good enough, but I would feel even better if they only acted like I was always welcomed, instead of making me feel like I am a bother for coming by. Their classic breakfast sandwich is giving McDonald's breakfast a run for the money. Now I know why they have those difficult-to-sip-out-of coffee lids: so they can stack them up to carry out. Their breakfast farmers wrap at 2 for $5 is worth it.

My expectations are low but God dam this place is awful, they can't make food if their lives depended on it. Firstly, how do you manage to coat a bagel with thick layer of butter every single time, I genuinely don't understand the application of butter on bagels at this place. How much butter do you put on these things? I quite literally had to wring a bagel cause it was drenched in butter and all the napkins/ bag were soaked in the most oily sheen that I've ever seen. And today was the last straw, I ordered a sandwich cause I was hungry and was pressed for time. I thought why not

Horrible service and disrespectful staff. Came in yesterday at around 12:30pm for tea and hot chocolate through the drive thru. Had to repeat the order multiple times and upon receiving it, the staff made us wait for 10 minutes. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and lack of communication a brown lady with green eyes threw us the drinks telling us to order and talk more clearly next time, when in fact we repeated the order more than 5 times.

The late night lady gets orders right. The day staff, not so much. Before leaving drive thru always check your order especially the coffees.

Ok place get coffee and snacks to pickup and go. Not like other tims where one can sit and enjoy food. This tims did not have a normal table/chair setup.

This Timmies is quite small, but they deliver the same standard service as any other Timmies. If you plan to go through the drive thru, expect the line up to be quite long given the popularity of this location.

I am not a big fan of coffee but the kind of customer service I had from this location makes me wanna pass by anytime I am on this road.. keep up the good work. Highly recommended

Not much to say. Compared to other locations i find the service at this one to be slow whether it's busy or not. Couple of times i've had to remind staff of my order. Receive my beverage but not my food or vice versa.

Horrible Horrible service. I've been to this location 3 times now. I don't know why I keep expecting to get good service or a complete order. Whoever is working on drive thru today at 4:25 really needs to be trained in customer services. She made me feel like I was annoying her when I was ordering because every donut I asked for they didn't have it, I can understand that, it's a small store, but don't make it like I'm putting you out or wasting your time. I just left and went to my usual tim hortons in downtown streetsville.
