Terrible customer service. I bought 2 pairs of pants here and then needed to return them. Less than a week later. Originally they asked if i wanted a printed or emailed receipt, i said emailed but they never sent it to me. Then when trying to return they were super unhelpful because of this, finally they agreed to give me the balance on a giftcard and when i go to try it online the next day it has $0 balance. Feel totally scammed

Selection was not the greatest and the staff are really eager to help which was kind of annoying because I was just trying to look but got asked by all 3 employees working multiple times if I needed help or if I was helped if anyone has spoken to me who was helping me etc.

I would just like to commemorate the organization for having a male sales associate. I have never seen that in any of the Garage locations I have frequented (Hamilton, Burlington, London, and surrounding areas). Gagen was very welcoming and very helpful. He always made sure my hands were never too full with merchandise and set up a change room for me straight away. When I was insecure about an outfit I was trying on he calmly reassured me that it looked great and that if I didn't like it he would try and find something else for me in a similar style. Well done Garage, well done!!

Came in with a friend today and literally got the BEST service! The workers on July 25th at the opening shift literally treated us like we’ve known each other for years! Literally the best service I have EVER gotten at garage. Of course Hannah and I were inspired by this kindness and love that we together spent $500 that we normally wouldn’t have.Love,Two very happy customers

Garage is a bit pricey for my liking, but the style of clothes are my favourite. I literally didn't find anything I didn't like. There was just one problem, that the dark shirts had marks on them, maybe deodorant stains. I know it's not the supplier's fault, but I found them on at least 7, pretty big ones all over actually.
