Three stars go to the nurse and the doctor. The lost two stars were because of the receptionist and the overall efficiency.I got missed call for this number. No message left. So I googled and found out this was the place I was expecting phone calls from.Called back. No one answered. And even the mailbox was full.The same round happened again.When I eventually got hooked up with this clinic, the receptionist said, I have been trying to call you so many times. For God's sake, I only had two missed calls from them. And why not leave a voicemail telling me the best time to call them back? and why their mailbox was full the whole time?Anyhow, conversation continued. But just like E Chung's said below, in terms of instructions, she would only say once, no repetition!The actual visit turned out to be fine. The receptionist was actually very efficient in multi-tasking. In a clinic busy like this, they should be able to afford another one.The nurse and doctor were very friendly.The overall procedure took almost 4 hours. It was 2 hours when my husband had the same procedure at another clinic.I hope they will improve in the next five years. Will check back on reviews when the time comes. Otherwise, would definitely go somewhere else.

The doctors, the nurses and the receptionist are really nice especially Miu Ling. Everything is smooth and the procedure is described clearly. Thank you very much for their hard work and taking good care of me!

Did my colonoscopy there. Awesome services. The doctor and nurses are super nice and efficient. The receptionist's prep instructions are very clear and detailed. I had similar service in the Elgin mills clinic and it was a painful wait. Here I can get out in an hour. Highly recommended

I had Gastroscopy at this clinic earlier this year. It was way better than the one in Richmond Hill when I had colonoscopy in 2021. Some said the receptionist Helen appears as rude. In fact it’s a really fast pace clinic, she’s highly efficient and informative. I’ve never tried to leave msg but a few times I called she mostly answered the phone right away.The Doctors (we both had Dr. A Chiu) and nurses are all very kind and professional (some even with sense of humor), the whole process was very smooth and I was well taken care of. The wait time was pretty reasonable as well.I had such a great experience here so when it’s time for my hubby’s colonoscopy, I instantly told my family Dr this is where we preferred. Highly recommend this clinic.

So this clinic called me today (29th December 2020) and left a message on my voice-mail. 3 to be exact. The tone in the voice in the phone call was terrible. I then got 2 additional voice-mails where I was told to pick up the phone because they have been trying to reach me all day. There is an obvious reason I didn't pick up the call. I WAS AT WORK. I'm not in a position to take personal calls during the day. Once I had finished work, I called the clinic and guess what, the office was closed at 4pm. The same time I finished work. So I figured I'd leave a message. You guessed it. Their voice-mail was full and I can't leave a message. What a joke.The message went on to say. We have booked your appointment and we expect you to be there. Expect me to be there. I'm thinking Who do you think your talking to?Let's see if there so mouthy when I get them on the phone.Terrible customer service and incredibly rude. I will not be tolerating this kind of attitude on the phone and I will be voicing my concerns to the doctor.DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY LEARN SOME PHONE ETIQUETTE

I brought my mom here for her endoscopy. Check-in process was smooth. The whole procedure (including prep and rest) took about 1 hour and 30 min. My mom told me she had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. She didn't feel intimidated at all to ask any question. It's a big plus to any elderly patients. My mom barely felt or noticed anything. Everything was done after a quick nap. There's no complication after.The staff here can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English (probably Vietnamese too? Just a guess).

I did my stomach endoscopy in June , everybody Nurses and Doctors both very nice, work with heart, I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to all of you
