Poor customer service and do not show up for appointments.

The floors look great! Rock solid helped us pick the colours and the install was amazing the staff are great. I will be continuing to work with them for all my flooring needs in the future.

I've heard that what you get from this company is the Levon special, he picks and chooses when he does a good job. Not the case if he is your landlord. He just doesn't do anything and continues to ignore you, (but still takes the rent) knowing full well that there are bad leaks and mold. Instead of actually fixing anything he just went ahead and sold it without telling us. I only found out because I received a letter saying the gas was being shut off ( which is included in my rent) when I called they said my wonderful landlord called them, closed the account saying that no one lives there. What a nice guy. Come check out our floor and carpet and decide for yourself. (There are 2-3 inch gaps between my carpet and the bottom of the wall, I can see the wood from the basement) choose someone who will do a good job the first time, and watch out for this slumlord. Pictures provided are of my moldy leaking attic door and bedroom window.

Zero customer service , avoid !

Great service on the install. Incredible attention to detail, constantly cleaning while he worked. ( told me later it's critical for the joints and flatness of floor) . Would recommend to anyone.

The work was poorly done. Reeked of booze and marijuana. Excessive cursing despite being asked/told it was unacceptable as my children were home. Don't know what else to say except that after completing" the job the owner broke the banister on his way out and attempted to hide the fact by placing it back and hand tightening the screws into the stripped wood. Beware"
