I ordered a 2-tier cake from Sugar Shack for my daughter's confirmation. Michelle was great, answered all my questions and communicated through out the process to ensure everything turned out exactly how I had envisioned. The cake turned out beautiful and I couldn't believe that it could taste even better than it looked. Highly recommend the signature chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache filling and the vanilla cake with strawberries and cream filling. This was the best cake I ever ordered and with 3 kids we go through a lot of cakes!!! I will definitely be ordering my next cake from Sugar Shack!Thank you Michelle!

We ordered a dairy-free cake from here and it was PHENOMENAL. Best vanilla icing I've ever had (even compared to cakes with dairy). I cannot recommend this place enough.

Tonight I enjoyed a great shepherds pie and it was so good. Next time I'll get the bigger one. Back in the summer they delivered a beautiful box of pastries which my girlfriend had ordered for my birthday. Great bakery. Definitely will recommend to all my friends.

My boyfriend and I are absolutely obsessed with these strawberry creme puff desserts. The profiterole is baked exceptionally and the creamy is light and delicious. I'm excited to bring my sister here!

This place is a hidden gemHonestly best desserts. Those Oreo cheesecake bites are heavenly my fav dessert. The chocolate chipcookies are so soft and delicious. And it’s not just desserts! The assortment of savoury food is outstanding. I’ve had the meat pies the cold salads the sandwiches. Lasagna soup yum! Everything is a hit here! Go nowhere else in dt georgetown! Sugar shack is where it’s at!

Minimal street parking at site but plenty of parking within walking distance in the area. Nice little bakery with a little bit of everything.

I really like the desserts and coffee. Nice small cafe. They have a selection of foods to take out like shepherds pie, cabbage rolls, lasagna to name a few. They also have a lunch menu but you will have to go yourself to check it out.
