Again, I placed an order online. I went to the location to pick up my order that I successfully placed through the app. Upon arriving to the store it appeared to be open for service lights on. No pylons drivr thru lit up...I pulled up to the drive thru to be turned away and told it would take an hour to complete my order while they update the system! Had I known I wouldn't have left myself and wasted my gas, its not like its cheap these days....Either shut the store down and not allow orders placed when you're down for service until you can service clients again or allow one of your systems to remain open while you update and do the other system afterward. Very poor service.

Got a donut from this location today, got it home, and opened it to see it was covered in about twenty ants. Went back, took a picture of the display platter it was on (which was also covered in ants) and made a complaint.Despite that, gotta say I have lots of respect for the folks behind that counter. They were going like mad.

Terrible service. Manager on duty wouldn't serve me my unless I took my receipt. Despite giving me a remote alert!! Will drive to Pictou from now on to avoid this location. And to top it all off buzzer didn't work and I had to literally yell to get the attention of the server to find us. Do not recommend. Oh and if you want a seat don't hold the breathe. Only one table cleaned off. Of old food. Terrible health practice as well

Horrible service absolutely dirty and disgusting, just as bad as the Walmart location.Rude kids who think they run the place,that as well the managers can kick rocks.I bought a double Big Mac and it had no meat on it..My wife's quarter pounder had no bacon on it when she asked for it.They will never see my money again.Save your money and go to subway across the street at least they will respect you and your family unlike the managers and staff of 700 East River Road.Kindly Beat it!

This location is not a clean environment as far as I am concerned. There was food on the tables left over from previous customers. Bathroom was not clean. While using the touch screen to order the food - the screen was extremely dirty and there was NO hand sanitizer available to use after.I counted 9 staff behind the counter, at 11 am, before the lunch rush, so this tells me there was no reason the building could not have been given a once over before the lunch rush started.

For a fast food place, it is never fast. What's the point in having 2 lanes. Slow as molasses. Can never seem to get an order right. Customer service sucks. Just went through the drive through and asked for 2 double chocolate cookies and pacificaly said double chocolate not the chocolate chip. Women tells me I'm all set, so I pull up to pay and then when I get my food I checked to see if they were double....sure enough they're not. And she gave me 4 when I just wanted 2. I told them again I said I wanted to double chocolate and just 2 of them. The women said that's all they have. This is the second time this cookie" thing happened.Anyway

Slowest fast food ever. I honestly avoid going here if it's somewhat busy because it takes a half hour to get a burger meal. It's not acceptable for fast food. If u go on ur lunch break, expect to be late returning to work. They need to figure out how to prioritize and speed up for the people waiting. It was never this bad before.

Burgers were as expected and the staff seemed nice and easy to deal with. Surprised how busy they can get for a quick night meal haha.

I think the problem is being understaffed and theres not much they can do about that, its just that the last 4 times Ive gone thru the drive thru...its taken anywhere from 20 to 35 minutes to get thru. The wait time is awful! Food is usually pretty good and I will keep going, but I sure hope the service picks up.
