Newtex burnt the collar of my $300 dress shirt.I called 3 times to speak with JP and left 2 messages and never had my call returned. I recommend you go somewhere else.

I'm very pleased with the service I received at Newtex cleaners Ottawa street Kitchener I took a white fun for coat in to get cleaned as well as a button put on and Lisa at the counter she was very pleasant and very funny personality a 100% and I just want to thank also the cleaner that did my coat it came out excellent and I know your business has been around a long long time so it's great to see great customer serviceI'm a 100% that thank you very much and I'll continue using Newtex when neededJ.Blanchard

Been coming here for years. I’m not one to look at how much something costs I just normally pay and am happy I’m getting good service.Today I was picking up a sweater and they charged me $18.31 to clean it. I said $18 for a sweater and she replied “I don’t set the prices”. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here, there was no compensation or let me see if I can do anything about the charge.If you’re coming here make sure you ask how much it costs because you might have sticker shock like me.

Horrible experience at this cleaners. Not once but, 4 times now. Extremely rude women on the front counter. If you have a problem with the workmanship, be prepared to go to battle. Don't go to this place. They don't deserve a one star. Please hear what I say & safe your self the frustration!

I only go to Newtex on Ottawa. They are by far the best dry cleaners in town. JP treats you like family, is honest about what he can do and will do his best to get your clothes clean and when you need them. I will never go to another dry cleaner.

5 years ago, JP removed a stain from my wedding dress that occurred the day of the wedding... Recently, I Brought in 5 light coloured shirts with red wine stains. newtex was able to address the stains quickly and effectively and returned the shirts in great condition (I thought they would be irreparable).Thanks!

Very happy with our experience at Newtex. The staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The wedding dress preservation was done earlier than expected. The groom's suit was done well. Highly recommend!
