Garry Richard's Water Heaters Only

They were very good. Will use them again hopefully not too soon. That’s a joke!My only concern was the price quoted for the replacement tank was X . Then the tank price was $45:00 more when bill was presented. Why have no idea, it was late in the day after 6 pm so perhaps there was a surcharge??? I paid, but as the consumer..... let me know why or discuss changes to price. Not a deal breaker just want transparency.

First off-HUGE THANKS to Erv for his top notch service today!!! Garry Richards provided us amazing & professional assistance overall @ a very competitive price! Our water heater is located in a “challenging location” but Erv made it look easy- (almost like he’s done this before-lol) The job was completed from start to finish in less than 2 hours!!! If you want incredible service @ a great price- I HIGHLY recommend calling GARRY RICHARDS!!!

Garry was incredibly helpful with our hot water tank issue. He even followed up with us later to make sure everything was in working order. Highly recommend!

Gary is very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone , Phil came out to replace our tank was very nice and professional. My young son had such an interest in what he was doing he took his time and was very patient with him , as I was trying to get him out of his way as much as possible. We just bought a house , and need a hot water tank and will be going with them again . Great price and service.

Garry was very knowledgeable on which tank my family needed. They came the same day of call and removed my old tank.

Worst experience ever.Back in April15 we had our gas hot water tank installed by this Company.The installer Irv was very unprofessional not tarps or sheets to lay down.Seemed rushed and even banged our bifold doors wheeling the new tank in.That is only the beginning.He emptied our hot water tank into the drain pan instead of using a portable pump and running a hose to our shower stall that was floor level and would easily drain.When we noticed water leaking in ourunderground parkade he seemed not to care.I went up to the suite below us and found out the water from our tank leaked into their suite causing the ceiling to come downu.We rushed up to stop our tank from draining,to late damage done.Long story short,tank installation cost$1600.insurance claim was over $4000.00Re and re tank and install new drain pan was$430.00 and my insurance deductible was $500.Not to mention increase in premiums and loss of claims free discount,it cost me $3000.00.When I phoned Gary and explained what happened he seemed not to care and said to deal with my insurance.Very unprofessional and no customer service.It would be nice if you would call me and at least reimburse me for some of the costs incurred by me due to the lake of workmanship and care in doing the job right.Not to mention the inconvenience for us as well as the people below us who had fans running for 10 days to dry out their walls.You have my number on your receipt,please do the right thing.Jim GuszowatyWhite Rock

Excellent installation, price and customer service. Our tank was in a difficult to access place at the bottom of our stairs. Brandon replaced it with a calm, pleasant manner even though it was a heavy and difficult job. Well done.

Plumber who installed water heater seems competent and I believe did a good job. He was very pleasant and professional. The price quoted did not match the price charged initially but eventually was resolved . Overall I am happy with the service

I called almost all the hot water heater installers that I could and received the best quote from Water heaters only. The person who picked up the call and provided quote was really polite and explained everything in a calm manner unlike other places who seemed to be in a rush. I received a call from the installer Roger with an estimated time of arrival for the same day. He was here on time, did his work in a professional manner, and replaced my water heater that was running on expiry with a same type new tank electric water heater. The home now has got hot water supply. Thank you Roger and a big thumbs up for you. We appreciate the honest, humble, and hardworking business this is.
