Very kind staff. It was my first time taking an animal to the vet so I was understandably anxious, mostly for my kitty but they were very helpful and very nice. Then when I went to pay I was having card issues and instead of getting frustrated for not being able to pay for my appointment they let me sort everything out and I was able to pay in the end. Regardless, staff is wonderful, and I will be taking my kitties back

Hardest thing I've had to do in recent memory was to have my best friend of 14 years euthanized. Everyone here was so very helpful, kind, empathetic, and understanding. Thank you for helping us through that.

Brought my dog in same day as she was an emergency. The staff there were amazing! They took excellent care of my girl Mya. Unfortunately she passed away a few weeks later, I was expecting this. I don't know where to start. Dr. Landbergen and all the nurses have saved stitches life more than a few times. Always finds a way to fit him in for his checkups and emergencies.They give him so much love . Can't express our gratitude enough for everyone at Northern .Would 100% recommend this place and the absolute best prices in town for the best care .

Amazing clinic! We’ve been going here since we got our Australian shepherd a year and a half ago. The staff is super friendly and gentle with animals. Very clean clinic as well with great covid procedures in place. Highly recommend

The staff at Northern Veterinary Services are so incredible!They had compassion and showed me kindness during an extremely stressful time.I am evacuated from my home in the North Okanagan (second time around, I was here during the fire 5 years ago), and having understood my circumstances, they went above and beyond to help me.I would recommend them over and over again!!

The best care I've ever received... they kept me calm in a situation no mom ever wants to be in with her fur baby. They weighed all options and gave us the best.. thank you for saving my sweet boy and taking care of him until you got him back in our arms.
