Their public WiFi don't even work half the time and the other half the time it's at about 40 MBS lol what a joke this place is really. I told them about the problem and they just talk around it. HOW ABOUT FIX YOUR SERVICE.

Last Thursday i had some issues with my cell phone. Diksha helped me a-lot to fix the problem she is so friendly 10/10. Great experience

The team at the Yarmouth branch is amazing, got advised a new phone and I had some technical issues while switching the knowledgeable staff did everything they could until things were setup (almost a whole extra hour). 11/10 service Maddy deserves a raise.

I have been trying to pay my overdue bills for months since my credit card was compromised and I got no where! Did not matter where I went. Everyone just passed the buck and it was not their job to do so. Finally, I went in to Bell Alliant in Yarmouth Mall, and found a man called Terry, he was more than gracious, I have got my 2 Bell Alliant set up, finally, with my credit card to pay monthly, I have been tearing my hair out for months over this. When you get a call from Bell how do you know it is Bell!?This was was the best experience I’ve ever had with your company! I have his card, Terry Feeny! Phew! I will sleep tonight!All these months I was late with my payment was not my fault. It was Bell’s fault. Your site is very unfriendly to use. Finally I found a person that helped me.! ❤️

Stacey is by far the best Sales Rep I have ever had to deal with. Will return just for her. Made a life long customer.

The team here is unbelievably helpful and personable . Friendly staff with the ability and knowledge to help anyone. Professional when dealing with irate customers as well. When I entered the store there were a couple people being quite rude. These workers maintained their composer and were respectful. Mark B. the manager was awesome! Helped me out and got me everything I needed. If he didn’t know what to do, he’d source out to help me figure out the problem together. Great job here!

We were in your Yarmouth Store yesterday and today and today we were assisted by Maddi which helped us out tremendously. Yesterday, a lady helped us as well but we do not know her name. They were both very good at what they do and are quite an asset to your company. Thank you for having people like them.

Went to this location and the person I dealt with was Diksha and she was very professional. Very good. Got me what I was looking for and the store didn’t have it so she got it for me the fastest I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much Bell.
