Canadian Tire
had an appointment for a tire swap. Arrived on time and was told it would be one hour. 2 hours later, car was still not in the shop. When asked how long it would take, they simply handed my keys back and said the appointment was cancelled. Absolute joke of a customer service and truly unacceptable. Wasted 2 hours of my time, and customer service is trash. Called their corporate office and they said they would investigate" and very unlikely they will because again they dont care about the customers time."

Not enough trained and experienced staff. Online it showed 8 dranos available but the staff had no idea that it was located at the line up area for checkout. They are giving false information to customers that the online info is not updated instead of putting efforts to find the product.

The auto pickup was a great and convenient option. However, my product that i picked up had been previously opened....and missing parts. You did redeem yourself as I had a hassle free return. Nevertheless, quality assurance was missing in this case. Still enjoy Canadian tire.

Got a good sale on the Outback 3 pieces of luggage. Ended up buying 2 sets for our vacation coming up. They are around $499.00 per set, and we got it for $175 each with takes. Stay away. Take your car elsewhere. Auto service centre large lack of knowledge or proper respectful service standards. Tim the worker, Genero the shop manager . Their unprofessional comments “buy something if you can actually afford” “your wasting my time”. Contacting head office for resolution. And better business bureau

I had an unfortunate experience at this Canadian Tire location. The staff, particularly at checkout, returns, and order pick-up, were dismissive and unprofessional. This poor service turned what should have been straightforward tasks into a hassle. I'd recommend considering other shopping options before choosing this location.

I love this place.. All the stuff I need are under one roof.. So easy to find the stuff in the store using the app because the isle numbers are mentioned. However they really need to work on their delivery charges. Its way too high and they have no free delivery opportunity for any item regardless of how much you spend or for Triangle Credit Card holders. From mine alone they lost thousands of dollars worth business last year because of that.
