I have had the good luck of being able to find a technician like Orkhan. I actually found him through google after a lot of researching and reading reviews. So, I'm posting my own review to pay it forward. It's every homeowners dream have someone they can call that's honest, skilled, responsive, efficient, effective and fairly priced. Over the past 1.5 years he's attended 4 service calls for our tenanted rental property and repaired a dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine. He did not charge us an exorbitant diagnostic fee + service call fee by the minute + travel time" like other companies have in the past. Orkhan is incredibly fair when he bills for his time and for parts - it's almost unbelievable. You need to kiss a lot of frogs until you find your prince

I have recently used Orkhan for my Bosch fridge repair work and I am so happy I found him. He is very professional in what he does and he charges a fair price. Keep up the good job!

My daughter has a 10 year old Kennore side by side refrigerator and the ice maker would not make ice. Orkhan arrived on time. He tested and determined in 15 mins that the water intake valve was not working. By the end of the day they had located a part in Ontario. The cost was going to be over $200. He decided he would come back and see if he could repair instead of the part. He came on time and spent 1/2 hour taking the part out and cleaning it as it was plugged. Unfortunately after 24 hours it would not make ice. He will advise when he will return to replace the part. He was so good and I appreciated that he took the time to repair. Finding an appliance repair company is hit and miss. I scored a home run with this company and will use them if needed in the future. Fixed my dryer on the same day I called, and gave me some extra advice for the washer when they noticed a minor problem with it. They told me the dryer issue was a stuck piece of laundry in the vents and not a broken belt/rotor like I thought, so I got charged far less than what I was expecting.Friendly and honest service, affordable prices, 10/10 would recommend.

Orkhan has helped me out on a number of occasions and has earned my trust as a go-to repair guy. He is quick, professional and reasonably priced. What I really like is that he tells me straight up when a repair isn’t worth it and provides an opinion on the best brands to target for purchase. Very much appreciated as it saves me all kinds of research time!

He was very attentive and helpful!!! Our fridge started to make noise and he helped us to fix the problem at a reasonable price. Despite the snow, he came on time to help us resolve the issue. We highly recommend his services to everyone!

I contacted Home-Tech about a noisy fridge. Their assessment fee is one of the most reasonable I found--and I called a lot of places. My husband and I ended up deciding to buy a new fridge rather than go through with repairs. Orkhan graciously provided tips on reliable brands with ice-makers. He was courteous, professional, fast--and I am so appreciative. This is a trustworthy and reliable team. I will work with them in the future.
