Little Bright Stars Daycare

Little Bright Stars is an amazing place to work at and of course a wonderful & safe place for children. I worked for this organization for 4 years and wouldn’t have left if I didn’t had to move to a different city. The owner Debbie is an incredible person. She always makes sure her staff and kids in the daycare are feeling comfortable and works accordingly. I would highly recommend this place to the parents as this is a place where they can leave their children without any worries and would also recommend this place to people looking for employment opportunities as LBS environment is the most comfortable environment that I have ever been around.

My son attended Little Bright Stars Daycare. Being my first child the transition to daycare was difficult, however Debbie and her staff did everything they could to ease the transition. The teachers were caring and patient with my little guy who took a bit of time getting use to his new daily routine. We were greeted every morning by Antoinette who my son was quite fond of, and his teacher would bring him out at pick up and give us a brief summary of his day. The centre uses an app which allows the teachers to update parents on things like food, naps and activities throughout the day. The teachers are very good about posting pictures of what your child is doing which really helped in making us feel comfortable to be able to have a visual of how he was doing and what he was up to. I entrusted my most precious little guy in the care of the centre and the staff and highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for their child.

Don’t send your children here, I’m late with this review but I just drove by here and remembered this disgusting place. I’m so glad I didn’t send my babies because I almost did …it must of been a sign from God. They didn’t even refund me back my $200 registration fees after a day of me changing my mind. I don’t even know where to start with this place, so when touring the place it was nice not so bad and so was the lady was kind …I’m telling you its was all a show. Do not believe the positive reviews they probably got the same showing as me and doesn’t even know what’s going on in this childcare especially when they take them outside. Anyway when I came back the second time to finish my registration. I went outside the kids were under dressed. It was freezing cold the poor Little babies looked so cold with their noises running like really runny green and yellow all I seen and a lot of them were crying I felt so sad. The teachers didn’t even care just pushing them around in strollers. If you send your children here they will stuffer I could only imagine what goes on in a every day basics here.

Warm, welcoming, and family. Those are the words I would use to describe this facility.Let me start by sharing that I am currently paying for two daycares, but my son is only attending one...this one, and this was the best decision I have ever made for my child.Like many others, I have a covid baby. He has been used to 3 full years of mommy. When I signed him up for daycare I was unable to shop around due to the regulations put in by the pandemic. I am also a first time mom, so unsure of what questions to ask a facility. My son lasted 2 weeks at his previous daycare. He cried everyday. I couldn't even drive in the location of the daycare without his anxiety building up. At point, night terrors got so bad that I took him to sick kids. I knew it was time for a change. I didn't know what was causing it, but my choices were take him out completely, which was delaying the inevitable (kindergarten), or find a new one.Enter Debbie, the owner of Bright stars, she gave me a tour of the facility and I knew this was the right call. She answered every question possible, and even offered me a weeks trial. I was still reluctant, but I signed up. Then Lisa - the office supervisor, and his teachers, Ms. Martin, Ms. Antoinette, Ms. Dina. They welcome him everyday with enthusiasm and comfort. He genuinely looks forward to going. They ensure safety for him. They ensure he is learning - he was potty trained fully in two days of being there. He is constantly coming home singing, and explaining in full detail their activities, and most importantly he's genuinely happy. They have the HiMama app, which keeps me in the loop all day -with detailed examples of what he is doing and how he is learning science, drama, etc. And again, hes happy. He has friends, he is prospering more in two weeks than I have ever seen him do. They look out for him as teachers, but also as an extention of my parenting. When he's cold or off, I am communicated with. It is so important for a mom to feel as though she is supported and to feel confident in where her child is being tended to, and I 100% do here. My daughter is 3 months old and I am on maternity leave until 18 months and already looking to put a deposit down here to ensure she has a spot at this facility. I don't have enough words to explain how 2 weeks at this facility has completely changed our lives for the better. I am happy to say my son no longer has anxiety, he has friends, he has support, and he has a daycare he absolutely loves going to. Thank you to ALL the staff at bright stars.

I fell in love with this center from the first day I interacted with Debbie, the owner. Interestingly, my daughter loved it just as much from day 1. With 3 young kids, I'd say I had the most calm as a working mom since Little Bright Stars. I particularly found the team very responsive, involved and all round cheerful. Although, my daughter had a hard time adjusting to the food, she wanted to be there at all times! We loved that she felt at home there and that made us rest easy. Leaving the center was a really tough call...

My daughter started at Little Bright Stars when she was a year old up until this past October 22’ . She loved coming in each day. Everyone at the center are so warm and welcoming, kind and caring. Special thanks to Nagham, Joy, Sonia, Heena and Natalia her teachers, for taking good care of my daughter and for creating a safe and nurturing environment for her and the children; for Janice and Angela for your hugs and special treats to her; and to Debbie and Lisa for running a great center. You both are truly wonderful. I'm currently on maternity leave and already looking forward to bringing my new baby andmy daughter back to the center next year.

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare! This Centre is extremely clean with one of the friendliest and loving staff. I can tell all the staff are passionate about working with children, and care for them deeply. I feel confident dropping my daughter off, knowing she is in good and safe hands!

I’ve looked around for daycares in the area before deciding to register my children here. There’s nothing like Little Bright Stars out there. The centre is very clean and the classrooms are perfect. The teachers genuinely care and love the kids. The owner Debbie and manager/supervisor Lisa are amazing. My children love getting dropped off every morning and I feel comfortable leaving them there knowing that they are safe, happy and taken care of. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the teachers and staff. They do a wonderful job every single day. Thank you for everything that you guys do. You guys are the best!

After looking into and visiting many daycares, my husband and I walked into Little Bright Stars and we knew it was the daycare we wanted to send our son. We had a chat with Debbie and she answered all our questions.The supervisors, Ms. Marwa and Ms Lisa are so nice and always ready to help with a smile.My son's teachers, Ms. Igbal and Ms. Ann took great care of him. They were very caring, supportive and loved him so much. My son improved tremendously within a few weeks. The staff eg Ms. Antionette amongst others would always smile and greet you warmly when you walk in.We were happy with the choice we made and would have loved for my son to have continued there but unfortunately we had to move to another city. I would recommend Little Bright Stars to anyone with kids.
