Chinook Blinds

This is the third time we have had blinds installed by Chinook Blinds. The first lot of roller blinds were installed over 3 years ago and they are still going strong. Not one single issue with the blinds, brackets or cords. The quality is much higher than other blinds I’ve seen. I would highly recommend them.Wonderful service and an outstanding product.We had great interactions with our sales consultant, so much so that we asked him to come back for additional blinds.The turnaround time for the blinds was incredibly fast, only taking a few weeks. We had Balli install our blinds. We left the decision on him to choose the colour for our blinds and he choose a very beautiful colour that matched with the whole homes design. He was very kind and respectful and overall did an amazing job.The blinds look very beautiful and a modern design.

We have 14 windows out of which 5 are 8ft long and didn’t want to pay a fortune. Balli-owner gave the cheapest quote as compared to any other blinds business including big box store which was 5 folds, almost 12K.There was a commitment for 3 weeks, it just went 3 days beyond which is reasonable and we don’t mind if we are paying less than half than any other.Balli was good at communicating updates regarding blinds delivery and installation and he is easy to deal with.Blind quality is good and solves the purpose of blocking sun in summers and getting privacy we needed. We got Zebra blinds installed and they look greatOverall, we are happy with the blinds and install. Highly recommended if you wanna save bucks.

I absolutely love my Binds from Chinook Blinds! Simi came to my home to measure and discuss color. We arranged it so that my blinds would be installed before we actually moved into our newly constructed home, which was ideal. Simi’s installer was very professional and kind. The Blinds look amazing and function perfectly (I have them in every room of my home). I also appreciate the energy efficiency of them as well as the overall aesthetic. My Blinds are so easy to clean.After the Blinds installation, Simi helped me with a solution for our slider doors. We chose automated shades and again, she came out to my home to measure and discuss color/fabric with me.There was a problem with the noise of the shade motors and Simi worked with me for a remedy. All along, Simi was helpful and professional..she wanted to ensure that I was very happy with all of my window treatments. I’m a very happy customer and will be recommending Chinook Blinds to everyone I know who needs window treatments.
