MU NAILS

After reading the glowing reviews for MU nails, my friend and i decided to book for après extension and nail art. Michelle and Jacky are both so lovely and kind, you can really tell they care a lot about their clients. They focus a lot on preparing the nails, which obviously leads to the best results. We're both so happy with the way they turned out and have both received tons of compliments. MU nails is honestly the best!!!!! :)

Loving this new nail salon @Langham Square! Just went for my 3rd visit yesterday, and I'm very pleased with the excellent service :) This design (see pic) is definitely one of my favourites!I love that they give the full mani, not just the gel design, and the complimentary tea is delicious! Michelle is very detailed in her work, making sure that each nail is to the client's liking, and she uses top quality products from Japan. Thanks for pampering me & beautifying my nails - I'll see you again in a couple of weeks!

Fantastic ! I highly recommend to everyone, as Michelle is the best nail artist I ever met. She’s very meticulous and always works wonders on my nails! Good service and good price. The shop is also a comfortable and cosy place. Truly enjoyable and relaxing.

Quite pricey, took a while to do gel and nail design got there for 6pm finished at 8:30pm for a simple nail design, if you enjoy sitting and getting your nails done you'll enjoy this experience since the nail tech took alot of attention and detail to do cuticle cleaning and everything in between. On website it mentions $60+ for gel + nail design when got there for quoted $120+$15(old gel removal) also mentioning this is before tax for a simple manicure design. Opted for the monthly design for $75+$15 before taxOverall if you don't mind spending extra money and enjoy the experience of getting your nails done this is for you. If you don't enjoy spending so much on your nails and sitting down for a long time I would not recommend this.UPDATE: I did not make a fake account to write another review for your poor business etiquette. Nor did I yell out during our appointment idk how this business is going to run if you can't take any cristism.

What an incredible experience at Mu Nails. Mu Nails is a small shop - operated by their two owners Michelle and Jacky. Both Michelle and Jacky put great time and effort into my nails. My nails have not been in great condition on both visits - first because my nails were not in good shape cause of my nail extensions and the second visit cause my cuticles were in awful shape causing my nail to be super dry.Both times Jacky and Michelle took extra time and care to fix up my nail condition and cleaned up my cuticles beautifully. Thanks to their care and advice I think my nails are on track to looking better and better. Michelle is absolutely talented with her nail designs!!They are clear and up front about all costs prior they begin their service which I really appreciate.Lastly what I truly love is their dedication to cleanliness. Equipment that they use is regularly cleaned and SEEING them clean a tool right before they use it feels great as a customer.Highly recommend this business!

I am so glad I found this place!! I had an appointment with Michelle today and she is the most friendliest person I have ever met. Truly such a sweetheart. She took so much time to prep my nails and then helped me choose a design, which turned out to be perfect. Jacky were very accommodating as well! So happy with my visit and I will be coming back :) thank you Michelle and Jacky!!

I'm so glad I found this place! The staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and clean. My nails are so cute and I love them! Compared to other places that I have been, Mu nails is by far the best and if you get the monthly special it is quite affordable too! One word of advice though if you are planning to come here on the weekend - make sure you give yourself some extra time to find parking since the mall can get quite busy. I will definitely be coming here again.

This is the best manicure and gel experience I’ve ever had! Most salons have such a mass-produced feel and MU Nails couldn’t be further from that. There was an immaculate eye for detail, cleanliness and customer experience that was emphasized throughout. Most spas charge you for a manicure and barely clean your cuticles, but I was blown away at the care and time spent on each customer. My manicure looks different and my hands feel different. I definitely will be back! They deserve more than 5 stars!

I have used their services to get my nails done for almost a year, and this is honestly the best nail service I've ever received. My nails were in poor health because my eczema affected my cuticles, but they were able to fix it, and make my nails healthier and stronger than ever. Michelle and Jacky both take so much effort and time into their designs, and makes sure it is within your satisfaction within each visit. Not only do they ensure good nail service, their customer service is also amazing. I cannot recommend this salon enough, they're worth every penny!

Service was good… I just wish that on your website you include that you charge extra for basically everything. I wish I could’ve known prior that the apres x set plus nail art is 110+… but the (+) could mean an extra $190+ dollars. French tip is $60 extra, if you want two more coats of nail polish it’s extra. I even asked to file two of my nails because the edges were jagged and you refused saying something about how my nails were broken and short. I think they still could’ve just been filed to be smooth.Just saying “a plus charge will occur for using parts” doesn’t really give the customer an idea of how expensive their set is going to be.Since your cancellation policy is so strict, I couldn’t even let myself walk out so I could go somewhere else without knowing I would get charged the full fee for nails I didn’t necessarily want but had to get since I was blindsided at how pricey EVERYTHING is.This isn’t hate, this is strictly constructive criticism. I’m sure you guys have customers who are willing to pay $300+ for a set, but I know there are many people who definitely don’t expect that and don’t deserve to be blindsided when they ask about a design. You did a good job on the nails - but I’m not really a plain nail type person and I was particularly excited about having some fun nails for my trip, so I hope you can understand when I say I’m disappointed. Hope you can take this review with kindness and use this feedback to your benefit.
