Terrible. Ordered take out and got an old, looks like reject treatza pizza. So dissapointing. Not even edible. I had to get a refund from door dash, really disappointing. It was for a special occasion too.

My friends and I all ordered the Choco Brownie Extreme blizzard, and the chocolate only went halfway down. The bottom was pure vanilla ice cream. I am so sad now

Really, I was craving a burger, so I ordered a spicy one and an order of 6 chicken pieces with onion rings. The rings were delish, the chicken too salty and my burger was so cold…even the cheese didn’t melt properly. The soft drink was watered down so much, I had to try another two before I found one with the proper ratio. This cost me almost $30.00!!!!The staff seemed friendly yet frustrated. They were helpful and tried to work on the pop machine. Place was not very clean.Not going there again.

I just ordered from this location through Uber eats and when my food arrived both single cheese burgers were raw in the middle, luckily i caught it before i ate any more of it, and when i tried to call to let them know that they were letting raw food leave their kitchen they did not answer and their voicemail was full so i am unable to inform/prevent them from sending out more raw food to other customers. Not impressed.

We just got our sons birthday cake made by this Dairy Queen location and they did a great job! They were very thorough and our son loved it - they even arrived early on Sunday to give it to us on the day of the birthday because we didn’t have enough room in our freezer at home :) really thankful for this kind of customer service!!

They are so cheap with their sauces, and it's annoying. They only provide one tiny little half-full container of dip for a chicken strip basket - it's not even close to enough. When I've asked for 1 more because it's an embarrassingly small amount to give for a food that is supposed to be dipped in sauce, the manager (I assume) made a big deal about charging extra (the basket already costs like $12.) In the past, I've paid extra for 1-2 more dips - but when I get home they haven't included it in the bag. Bonus: some of the strips and rings were burnt when I got home. Unprofessional, used to be much better.

Good late night place for a sweet treat like a strawberry sundae, ice cream or blizzard. Peanuts sprinkled on top is a nice bonus. Cheese burgers are ok, not incredible, but will fill the munchies-hole at 2 am as needed. On-site parking is very helpful. One of the very few fast food places open late in Kits.

Shivangi is totally awesome the food was great, the service great, especially Shivangi telling some rude unruly misbehaving teenage boys to behave and not put feet on chairs. Well done, nice to see employee looking out for customers and telling teenagers things theirparents failed to do. Good job Shivangi, your kind spirit is what DQ was based on years ago, people entering should be respectful of others, but when uncivilized such as those boys, great to see someone step up to make the best possible atmosphere the respectful customers!

Dairy Queen is a very great place! I mainly go for fries since ice cream is expensive. Fries are always made fresh so nice and hot crispy. Very friendly team and always smiling.
