Nu Crescent Cleaners

Sorry but I was always taught that it's better to say nothing than to complain. So this is my upbringing and I am still stuck with it to this day and all that it entails. Anyhow, I brought an area rug here to be cleaned. Eighty dollars later I took it home assuming that it was in fact cleaned only to find out that it was exactly the same as when I dropped it off, though now wrapped in a nice plastic bag. I even noted that the fluff pieces from our dog were still there not to mention the usual stains that we were hoping to get cleaned. It even smelled the same as when we brought it in, we had a cat that peed on it and that was just as strong with no hint of the usual dry cleaning chemical smells or neutral smells that maybe would be there from a regular cleaning. So it was in fact not touched beyond being put into a plastic bag for a week. That's it. Now my dilemma is do I go back there and demand that he do his job? I really don't come from that part of our culture that does that so I am left with writing a review as my outlet. So the bottom line is this, assuming that maybe giving him the benefit of the doubt, he might have just out-sourced his cleaning job, and I'm fine with that. But if that's the case then he should have checked the quality of the workmanship so as to not put me in this situation. Though I honestly don't know if they do rug cleanings on site, I guess knowing the answer to this would explain what really happened. I'll never go back there.

Got my jacket cleaned from these guys some of the best work I’ve seen done this jacket was 40 years old it was white to boot!!! had yellow stains under the arms it is a antique football jacket from the 80s when I came in to pick it up when I went to pick it up it was like a brand new coat I was blown away !!!! the prices are fair too for the work very impressed with there services. and very nice people and honest. only place I will go to get my stuff dry cleaned or altered very recommended shop will tell my friends and family all about u guys. HORRIBLE customer service. Paid $50 for a dress to get cleaned. I picked it up and it looked like nothing happened in regards to it being cleaned. Still had marks and stains on it that they assured me would get cleaned up!! I phoned to try and resolve the issue, and I got hung up on THREE times by the owner. Disgusting way to treat a repeat customer who gives them lots of business. I most definitely will NOT be bringing my dry cleaners here ever again!! Unless you want to get ripped off and get treated poorly by their management and or staff

Friendly service, reasonable prices and quality dry-cleaning. I took two leather jackets to be dry-cleaned and was extremely satisfied with the result. Highly recommend.

I believe this is the best cleaner place in town.First of all, their price was fair enough for both of us and not expensive , no overpriced at all.The owner looked happy every single time I drop off rain or shiny...for many many years they have served in this area and people have all expressed great feedback over their service.Highly recommended. Five stars.I will love this place forever!!
