MCI the Doctor's Office Nosehill

Thank you for being open on Saturday! My experience with the doctor, reception, and pharmacist were all excellent. I have been here several times and seen three different doctors and all have been polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.

The website says it's open until 9:00. The sign on the door says it's open until 9:00. I arrived at 7:20 and the clinic was closed.Doors locked, nobody is inside, so it's not a matter of having enough patients to see to finish the night. I saw a man with a baby try to get access as I walked up to the clinic, also with no success. And now have wasted the time driving in from Cochrane, and will have to try to get to another clinic before it closes. Assuming I can trust the hours THEY have posted. As I sit here typing this, other people are arriving and walking up to the locked doors of the clinic.Closing a walk-in clinic before 7:30 PM when all of it's advertising and notices say it's open until 9;00 is extremely callous and unprofessional conduct.

Wish I could give a negative score.Took my son in 2x for separate issues about a year apart. First time, for a concussion but nothing we can do, looked at him for 2 minutes and here's a 1980 pamphlet to treat it, received care elsewhere a few days later. 2nd visit was 3 weeks ago for ear pain. Told it was 1 thing and went to verify with our family doctor and it's more serious than what we were led to believe.Will not go back again to this clinic! Will be lodging a complaint officially.

The receptionist team is amazing and kind every-time I come. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to meet with my family doctor this time after 3 hours of waiting I was finally seen by Dr.Petal worst experience of my life. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a healthcare professional in my life. He continued to dismiss me and my symptoms and constantly deemed it necessary to interrupt me and talk over me. He told me that it’s all in my head and that I should drink more water. Went back today to meet with my family Doctor walked out with the diagnosis I should have gotten yesterday. Was finally able to get on antibiotics so now I’ll be on the mend. People like Dr. Petel shouldn’t be in medicine and definitely shouldn’t be dealing with the general public. I would avoid dealing with him if possible, this left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Shame on you sir you are a disgrace in the healthcare field. You should seriously consider retirement.

The woman working the front desk was awesome and very helpful. I was looking at a 2 hour wait, but was able to go home and she called me when there were only 2 people left ahead of me. The Dr. was friendly, polite and efficient. As it was almost 9pm, having the onsite pharmacy was very convenient.

Prepare for the long wait! After I had waited 3 hours, I only saw 4-5 patients came were called in to the room. What was the doctor doing for treating one patient for almost 1 hour?And I actually I had checked with front desk about the wait time when I arrived, she told me it will be around 1 hour. If I know it is 3 hours wait without seeing the doctor, I won’t come

The front end receptionist, Stephanie was absolutely fantastic. (A big thank you for all her assistance while I was seeking medical help).She was so unbelievably busy, the walk in was at capacity by 6pm, and she remained kind, compassionate, empathetic, caring and did a phenomenal job managing patients that were wanting to come in for walk in, as well as updating and dealing the patients in the waiting room!She is amazing, this clinic is lucky to have her be the face of the office.

Never go to any MCI doctors clinics!! I first called the beacon hill branch and they are fully booked- advised me to go to beddington branch as they open at 1pm. Drove there just to be informed that they are not taking walk in patients anymore!! Told her I called the other branch and she refuses to take me in. There was only 2 patients outside. Since I was very sick and needed a medication so badly, i called the nosehill clinic and finally got a spot.I arrived there around 1pm. I was told to wait atleast 4 hrs. I waited patiently. Until it was 5:30pm already and asked for an update. I was told to there is 5 more people ahead of me and its gonna be my turn. 10 people went in ahead of me and asked whats going on?? The receptionist told me she will find a way and ill be the next one..And another 2 patients went in!!! there were only 2 staffs inside 1 is a doctor. I dont understand why it takes them 30 mins to 45 mins to check every person inside. I waited in the room aswell for 30 mins and I can just hear the staff talking and chatting!!! I waited 8 hrs in the nosehill clinic!!!

The receptionist was fantastic and super easy to deal with. Dr Gupta was great the first time I went in, but in a followup I had Dr. Patel and he was terrible. Dismissive and rude, I had to convince him I was in pain. Got sent for x-rays and he didn't bother to call back at all, I had to call to get the results from the clinic.
