If you have any issue, any issue at all, with your computer, I highly recommend Jeff's Computer Service! I am not particularly computer savvy, and had issues with my computer that were giving me a lot of stress! They made me feel comfortable, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took care of the problem on the spot!

After struggling to figure out if the problem with my laptop was a broken charging port or the new charger itself that I purchased from Walmart didn't work, decided to take it to a professional. Jeff was able to quickly take my laptop apart and diagnose that nothing was broken, it just needed a specific type of charger and then ordered one for me online. Phenomenal as well as fast work on top of amazing customer service!

The gentlemen that work here are top notch! After the dell warranty repair man fixed my keyboard but broke my wifi card, I called Jeff's in tears needing my work laptop fixed asap before leaving for a work trip. They dropped everything and helped me fix the other company's issue. They were so kind, quick and knowledgeable! I can't say enough good things about them.

We have used Jeff for a few computer issues and he did a great job. Reasonably priced.

I only called this place so I can really offer a ton of details about my experience but a person that I associate with nearly every day told me I had to call this place and set up a time to get my Samsung Galaxy screen fixed there because the owner is either family or so close they consider each other family. So instead of looking any further, I called the place. The owner answered the phone, I referenced the person that referred me there and his response was just an awkward silence that lasted too long. So then I started to explain why I called, and he asked what I was calling about at the same time so we were both talking at the same time. Had he just responded to the referral, we wouldn't have butted heads. Then he actually lied about the repair options I had. Plus the price he was charging was almost triple everywhere else. No thanks I'm all set. Sorry not sorry

My daughter's laptop started to go funky. Her laptop was similar to her sisters and I assumed they had the same problem. I ordered a replacement battery and the job was tougher than I thought. I brought it in to Jeff's to replace the battery I'd purchased, which they were happy to do. They spotted that the motherboard has suffered fluid damage (I could barely see it it but it was there. I never would have spotted it on my own). As my daughter goes to school on the west coast, replacing the motherboard was a solid solution. It avoided a failure later on which would have been harder to remedy from across the county. Their prices were very reasonable - parts and labor included for a new board were less than the same board on Amazon (w/ no labor!). I'd highly recommend this diligent and knowledgeable pair.

My computer was locked up and giving me a verbal message to call the number on the screen! Bad news! I had no idea how to reset and get rid of the message. I went to Jeff's and in minutes, Joe fixed it and even told me how to fix it if it ever happens again.All at no charge! Sweet deal!

I tend to take negative reviews with a grain of salt and give the business the benefit of the doubt. I will update my review later based on the outcome of the current situation.A WEEK LATER- So things started a little slow and it took me a week to get my computer back. Turns out the motherboard in my old one was no good and needed to be replaced but couldn't due to its age. Fortunately my hard drives were still good and could be transferred into a new machine along with my video card. Jeff took a lot of time to make sure I would be all set up and able to access the programs I rely on like Quickbooks, Microsoft office, and Outlook. This was the second time in about 7 years I had a major catastrophe with my computers. The first time I dealt with another local shop and I must say this was a better experience than the other shop. Jeff got me back up and running and I am satisfied! I would recommend.

Went to Jeff’s to help me troubleshoot an issue with a motherboard I had purchased online. Greeted with friendly staff and helped me to work through addressing a problem. Grateful to have someone local to help with hardware issues!

Jeff's Computer Service is the last place that you want to do business with. Jeff himself is extremely unprofessional. When you try to get answers to a problem he puts you off indefinitely. If he doesn’t like what you are telling him, he literally yells at you. In looking at his invoicing, he inflates his prices on people who don’t know any better and takes advantage of people who are coming to him for help. Stay far far away from him! As much as I hate to say it your better off going to a national chain for your tech support instead of Jeff’s. They may be expensive but at least the national chain is respectful and will not try and take advantage of you!
