We have had the BEST experience with HearSay Milton so far. My daughter has had a very difficult time learning how to read and was almost an entire year behind due to covid. Since starting with HearSay she has gone up 6 levels from a level E to a level K! She sees Patrick at HearSay and he is an amazing teacher!!! So much so that even I have learned so many technique for supporting my Daughter at home by sitting through their sessions. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with HearSay Milton!

We have had the best experience at Hearsay. We have a very complex situation and Yvonne has gone above and beyond to get us what we need. She has introduced us to other specialists and partnered with them, had meetings on her own with colleagues to look for possible solutions and even joined us on a hospital appointment!! She has provided additional support when we needed it and often, at no cost. She herself drove to get custom ear moulds so we would have them before leaving for vacation. She is very kind, understanding, determined and helpful. I refer to her as a guardian Angel as she has stuck with us on our path to figure this out. We are so grateful that we met her! I recommended her to friends who had an equally awesome experience and made a point of phoning me on their way home to tell me how great Hearsay was to them.

My experience with HEARSAY has been absolutely phenomenal and has quite literally changed my life. I reached out to them over the summer after having an audiologist recommend that I receive testing for Auditory Processing Disorder. For context, I am in my second year of university, and finding APD testing for adults was next to impossible. I was so relieved when I found their website and called to book an appointment right away. All my interactions with the staff were amazing from the get-go! They're all so kind, patient, and helped with every part of the process. Yvonne conducted the testing and I was fitted for low-gain hearing aids (which have been a total game changer). She's been so involved each step of the way and shows genuine care for the state of her clients. The hearing aids have made it so I no longer feel excluded in conversations, because for the first time in years I understand what others are saying. They have completely eliminated the migraines that I have been experiencing for years, so much so that I forgot I even had them at one point. On top of that, I no longer feel tired after basic day-to-day interactions with other people. Yvonne also made so that I can receive much-needed academic accommodations at school. She showed me study habits suited to my needs and often follows up to see how I'm doing. My quality of life and academics have skyrocketed and I'm so grateful for all the help I've received. If you're considering going to HEARSAY for yourself or someone you know, just do it. I promise you will be so glad you did.

For a number of years I have gone for regular check-ups and have always been completely satisfied. Roi is the kind of person who goes beyond the 'call of duty' in a pleasant and respectful manner. Highly recommend HearSay and their staff.
