So far we have bought an iPad and an iPhone over the last year from Liam and are looking to get two more cell phones from him. The two apple items we got have been great. Haven't had any issues, never needed to use the warranty and Liam was great with answering questions. I feel safe getting electronics from him over an unknown person on marketplace. I have found they keep their prices very competitive, if not better than most of the prices on marketplace and you get that peace of mind warranty. Well done! Initially purchased a problematic phone. After 2 weeks, brought the phone back and the team at CellResell promptly replaced the phone AND transferred all my data to the new phone AND cleaned the defective phone of my data. Great team, good prices and wonderful service.

Just awful. The service is good don’t get me wrong, good people working there, I went in a bought a iPhone XS. 400$ out the door, had to come back because Face ID wasn’t working. They then gave me another phone but the battery said it was none apple genuine and it would randomly shut down. Ok whatever, went back and got another iPhone XS. That one was glitching too hell so I went BACK to get another one. So this one has been great to me, owned a good month. Bought the phone and its battery life was at 100%. Just checked it and it’s at 84% today. In just over a month it went down 16%. I use apple chargers and cubes. I don’t have my phone charged too 100% all the time. Wish I never came here. They had told me the battery’s are genuine apple just something about the vin not matching so it gives you that notification, asked at another store trying to sort my battery problem out and they told me the guy lied to me about that. Don’t come here.

Owner is very helpful. Good deals on cells. I would recommend them for cells, but would not recommend their $20 screen protectors. I asked for something better and replacement was no better. Normally my screen protectors last a couple of years, not just a few hours before cracking. I bought another elsewhere.
