Awesome place ro work! Good ppl and very drama free

We have been using this company for a few months, and are very happy. We switched from Waste Connections (because they really couldn't care less about us as a client) and have been really impressed. The company has helped us out and been very flexible- Our bin has been blocked a couple times and RMW has been accommodating. They never leave a mess behind, which is a lifesaver. I was really sick of cleaning garbage off the road. There prices are very reasonable and they have been great to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing people to work with, Ray is a great guy and his team vibe is top notch!, He is an amazing team leader.

On some days there is unbearable rotten stench around

I was driving behind one of RWM trucks yesterday and garbage was flying out of the truck i had pieces of debris hit my windshield cauing 4 chips... i called the company to report what had happened the person i spoke to made it seem like it was impossible for this to happen but he would have someone contact me (no return phone call)... such poor customer service i have pictures of the truck that was in front of me as well... very dissapointing from such a repeatable company.

The company is really good and supportive, however, the dispatch guy named Ray is an extremely rude guy, i think management should look into that..
