I stopped in today for something relatively simple and the older Gentleman behind the counter was rather rude. It appeared as if I inconvenienced him somehow. Despite a strong desire to be otherwise I remained polite but hell, You would swear I had just kicked his dog by his terrible attitude. I won't give the place an unnecessary negative review over this one bad experience. Maybe this guy was just having a really bad day and I happened in at just the wrong time. Life happens. Not professional at all however. That being said I have been there multiple times before and the folks were top shelf. Prices for filling soda stream bottles are $10 each as opposed to the $20 1 for 1 exchanges at other places. That's not bad at all. If I hadn't been treated like something scrapped off the bottom of a shoe today I would easily have said 5 stars.

The Staff here at Ottawa Valley Oxygen are a great bunch.After dropping off my tank for a revalve, I got ill. Even though they didn't have my name, they remembered me. After another week of recovery and today I got my tank.Thanks Everyone @ OVOxygenltd

I have been there several times and am always treated respectfully despite my questions and obvious lack of knowledge. Prices for propane are better than the rest in town and shielding gas prices seem fair.
