Two times I just got the lamb with two sides. It's like 19 dollars. Anyway if you're lazy and want to be filled that is a good option. 300 g of lamb with a generous serving of fried plantain with rice.

Ordered via door dash this Eve and it was a hit all around. Large portions, super reasonably priced and really good.Chicken, rice, and plantains with an extra poutine to share. Seriously tasty!

Way to slow to realize they are missing ingredients, i had to call after an hour and a half to be told they are preparing my order , they are nonchalant and never ordering from them , too bad the food is good but they cant use a clock

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal i ordered from La fromentine. Tried fish tilapia with attike and goat meat with jolof rice. This was my first time with the restaurant . The fish is served whole and grilled so that the still-moist meat slips easily from the bony skeleton. Loved the food . Kudos to chef. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Definitely a lifetime customer!

Tasty food, SEVERELY POOR service, criminally long hours, and inadequate portions. A whole chicken is NOT 4 Thighs. Like where the hell are the breast portions which we all know are bigger than the thighs?! I feel cheated out of that. And when you complain, they don't care!

Tasty food BUT... Unreasonable waiting hours, yes I said hours. They'll tell you to show up in 40 minutes, then make you wait an extra 40 minutes or more... Every freaking time.Portions are not right. When you order a full chicken, you Expect a FULL chicken with breasts wings and all. Not four thighs. And when you reach out to the management, you expect to be heard and compensated but nooo. Seing as they have a lot of clients they don't care.Disgusting customer service. Very poor.

I have been a long-time customer, ordering through Uber Eats and in-person. But I am so disappointed that every time I order a whole chicken, there is an issue. Most times, I don't get a whole chicken. Sometimes, I get a whole chicken. The food is good, so I kept giving them chances, but I am done. I really hope they will address this problem.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They told me it would take 30 min, I waited 45min. They couldn’t find change so they didn’t give me my money back. The lady working there was rudeeee! And their service was slow. I only like the Fromentine at Bank St. I can’t even talk about the food, the meat was all bones and dry, and the rice was cold. I’m really disappointed and unhappy with my experience.
