The staff was very friendly and helpful after 2 bad experiences at the Simcoe transfer station even pulled off the scale and left. I never go back to Simcoe did this in front of customers and I was paying to get a hard time?

I'm ticked off!!! Our entire street in Port Rowan was missed today in Port Rowan!!! We REGULARLY get left to later in the day to be picked up.... but today the truck went down and picked up the east side of the street (Ellis St. Port Rowan) early in the morning... never came back to pick up the west side of the street!!! So now what!?!? Our box is full...won't have room for another weeks recycling items!!

I've been dealing with them for 10 years with no issues.

I have experience dealing with Norfolk Disposal both for roll-off bins and residential pickup. We have 6 bins at the office but the issue at hand is roadside pickup.4 out of the last 5 pickups Norfolk Disposal did not take our trash or recycle. 3 times it was our recycle and 1 time it was our trash.Today, on the second time calling them to complain, I was informed that I must sort my recycle in two different bins. First of all, I only have one bin. Second of all, why is it only becoming a problem now after doing this for years of living here? Third of all, why is everyone else on the street with one bin getting pickup with no issues? Forth, why wouldn't they inform me instead of repeatedly skipping me?Apparently they put stickers on the bin if there's an issue. They didn't put a sticker on my bin until today, when they skipped my pickup for the 4th time. The agent on the phone said the stickers probably fell off the other 3 times. Well don't you think you need to buy new stickers if they fall off 75% of the time? You don't need an MBA from Wharton to diagnose this.I understand missing someone's garbage once or twice, here or there. We all make mistakes, and I'm the last thing from perfect... but 4 times you miss it and don't inform the customer until the 4th time? Like come on. Who is running this circus?So the solution offered is during next pickup, I'll be given another bin to sort, and then they'll take my recycling on the following week. So, what am I supposed to do with my recycle for the next 2 weeks? I'm going to have 3 weeks worth of recycle built up because of whatever attitude this driver has. Again, I don't understand why this is becoming an issue only now and I don't understand why everyone else on the street with one bin doesn't have an issue.Not much sets me off but not taking my garbage will do it. Tax money hard at work. No one can do their job right anymore.

Over 25 years I've used Norfolk Disposal for all my waste removal needs at 4 different properties. Now over 100 dollars they have lost a long time customer. So disappointed.

This was the first time we've used Norfolk Disposal for bin rental. They were quick to respond, timely in delivery and pickup, and reasonably priced. Very satisfied.

Had a great experience with our drop off guy who went above the call of duty to make sure the bins was where we wanted it! Didnt catch his name but a cheery guy with a moustache shoutout to him! Would recommend this company for sure!

Do yourself a favour and skip this company. They dropped their bin off to my property at the end of the work day so I was loading it in the dark to avoid extra charges. The size of the bin was unfortunately too small so I called them that day to pick it up and drop off another the next morning.They picked it up and dropped the other one at the property at the end of the day (when I wasn't there anymore), dropped it 15 feet away from the pile that the material was clearly coming from, and charged me two days for it even though it was on my property for less than 24 hours.I called them that second and told them to get rid of it as soon as possible, the lady on the phone was quite rude and yet again I'm loading in the dark.Their drivers clearly care more about running in and out than taking two minutes to make their customers lives significantly easier, their prices are high, I was charged for 3.5T while the other lot through a different company was 2.5T and had a bigger home build with more rain, I'll let you come to your own judgements.Save yourself and your wallet the trouble. Find a better company.
