Bought hearing aids over 3 years ago, and have returned about once a year for a review": they've always been *very* good and I'd have NO complaints. Received an invitation a few days ago to go for another annual hearing check. Contrary to my own initial suspicion about the invitation

Thanks for your continued attention and assistance in resolving about 85% of my hearing loss issues. As anticipated; I often experience difficulties in separating conversations in crowded environments (malls, dinner parties, etc.) but with my new mold fitted" technology I am finding that I am able to hear persons closer to me more clearly. ? Makayla at reception was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful.Trisha the audiologist was very friendly, explained what was going to happen and what to expect. She had answers to all my questions and didn’t have to look them up. She was informative and didn’t try to push a hearing aide sale in me. In fact she didn’t recommend purchasing one at this time but said to wait and monitor my hearing. To come back in one year and be retested on if I experience any changes.
