Worst car wash

It's a nice gas station with usually friendly staff but AVOID car wash. Just paid for the maximum package earlier today and the whole car is in spots. See photos.

They’ve got diesel, and pumps have the locking pump handle, automatic 5 stars. Small store with the essentials, including Monster Energy (2 for $5/3 for $7).

They have an amazing Super Wash station.

Came here to wash the car. Decent car wash, touch free, conveyor belt style. No wait time around noon. Not the most thorough wash, but it gets the job done.

Asked the attendant to check some lottery tickets for me. He had some difficulty validating one of the tickets and I helped him by reading out the ticket numbers. After it processed through it came out as not a winning ticket. The attendant then became upset telling me I’m wasting his time making him check tickets that are not winners, meanwhile this is the only ticket out of my bunch that wasn’t winning. He then denied to check my other ticket. He kept repeating that during a pandemic I shouldn’t be making interactions longer than they should be and wasting his and other customers time - no other customers were inside at the time. He also kept taking his mask off his face to speak to me, so I’m not sure why he’s so concerned about Covid if he keeps dropping his mask.Drove across the street to the other gas station. The girl at the other gas station was friendly and was able to scan my tickets normally and cashed me out for a winning $100 ticket. I’d recommend going to the gas station across from Petro if you’d like a pleasant interaction.

Tired of going to stations like these with perpetually closed washrooms. It becomes obvious that it's just owner / staff putting up these signs to avoid maintaining or cleaning. Like they are going to stay there 8-10 hours at a time with no facilities.

Petro Canada App doesn't work in this location. So inconvinient. Also sometimes they will have sign of cash only as their debit and credit terminal won't work.

Worst car station I've ever been through. The station attendant here is completely rude and inconsiderate. He originally told me I had to drive my car through the wash. I did as told. Skipped the the whole wash. Went back in and told me I had to pay for another one and put my car in Neutral. Spent $10 instead of $5 on a single car wash.Attendant had no respect nor manners when speaking to me whatsoever. Did not feel like a customer in any sense. Total money grab. I would highly suggest Burlington Auto Spa on Appleby if you're planning on having your car cleaned. Costs a bit more but they clean the inside and out and all the workers there treat you as you're the number one priority.Horrible place at Petro Canada on walkers line.

Main brush in car wash (the one that does the middle of the vehicle) has not been working for a month. Phoned two weeks ago to let them know and it is still not repaired (and says open). Recommend you try a different gas station!
