Products are incredibly inconsistent. Often receive sandwiches without the tomato, lettuce or sauce, all in random combinations. Soups and chili's without utensils. I drink the original cold brew and this location decides to put cane syrup, sugar, or cream or whatever they decide that day in the coffee even though the original coldbrew should be black - this has happened 7 times now.

I like the Tim Horton's recycling program. Sometimes there are communication errors with staff and they don't always stir your drink the best, and I don't know if they've changed the customer is always right policy since I used to be employed there, but when error free the food and drink is delicious. They do have a tip jar that is split amongst everyone every 3 months or so....maybe some gratuities would help improve some of the technical difficulties.

Itd be nice if the buttons worked to open doors , they've been informed of it at least twice now..this was over 3 weeks ago and still nothing.

I love going here, they actually get my order right compared to several I've been to. They are always kind and most of them serve you with genuine smiles!

Waited in line for over 10 minutes before supper rush, waisted my time waiting for a dd that tasted like too much cream no sugar.We go multiple times a day i never get a coffee that tastes the same.Owners are hardly around equipment is older causing problems in drive through tills not working etc.Need new owner who cares enough to keep equipment in good working order.All 3 locations in swift current have similar issues,Im gonna take my 3 coffees a day and my wifes 3 coffees back to McDonalds where it Atleast comes fast and i will actually get a dd almost every single time not a wrong coffee i dump down drain .

Staff often walks past while I'm waiting for service and completely ignore me. Staff also never seems as friendly as other reviews suggest. It's more like I'm somehow an inconvenience that has to be dealt with. Being in the customer service industry myself, I can't help but notice how unwelcome they make me feel. The coffee is hit or miss with how fresh it is as well. I wish I could say this was a one time trip, that I may have came on an off day, but after giving it the benefit of the doubt multiple times, I can not recommend this store at all.

The decaffeinated coffee has been stale and bitter the last 3 times I got some. I will continue going elsewhere.
