Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The auto body shop pushed back my car's completion date back 3 times at the last minute and Enterprise was very accommodating. The car was clean and ran great.

Over a half hour late for my pickup. Made the appointment over a month ago. Called and was told they would find someone shortly, meaning they had not left with the car. What’s the point of an appointment time when it doesn’t matter.

Well taken care of from the reps at the St Cloud location.Had a family emergency needed a reliable car which they provided me.

The staff were nice and the check-out and return were very easy. The only negative is that the car was not clean when we arrived to pick it up. We had to ask for the car to get cleaned and wait before we could leave. I would still rent from this location again.

Exceptional customer service, very friendly.Graham was extremely helpful and ensured I was getting a car that would get me 60 miles away safely right after a arctic blast came through with all the roads to my destination being covered in ice and snow early in the morning, was able to get to work safely while my car is being worked on. 10/10 would rent here again.

I'm a little late on this review, but I'm getting to it. I recently hit a deer for the first time in my life and man did it create bigger problems than I expected, but what I didn't expect of all things was the difficulty in finding a car rental place that would accept my account and information. Thankfully Enterprise exists and has great customer service along with nice rental options and no gimmicks. I drove a Chrysler Voyager and loved every minute of it. I strongly recommend Enterprise if you're looking to total your car with the local wildlife.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Picking up and dropping the vehicle off took less than 5 minutes. The facility and the vehicle were clean.

I can’t emphasis enough how strongly I do NOT recommend Enterprise. My husband rented a car from Enterprise, it broke down less than 5 miles from driving off the lot. They were a huge pain to coordinate towing and had extremely poor communication. They refused to bring us another rental car and actually took 4 days of the useless car in our driveway before it was towed. There were no apologies on their end for this huge inconvenience and safety concern. To top it off, we’ve been charged for the rental. Even after calling to correct the bill, we continue to be charged and are still wasting time calling them to have this corrected. I never write reviews but I cannot believe how truly terrible our service has been. There is no care or customer service in any way. Find any other car rental service than Enterprise especially the St. Cloud MN location.

I had never rented a car before. The process was pretty easy. We booked almost 3 months in advance. I called to confirm our reservation the week of our trip, and the associate on then phone very helpful and answered all of my questions. He and didnt try to rush me and made sure I understood how things would go. Apon arrival to pick up the rental they didn't have a vehicle on site for me. They had to go get one. I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes. Dale and the staff apologized multiple times for the inconvenience and even comped our gas and gave us a free upgrade. They were very very busy that day and seemed to he handling it very well. The car worked great, and we had an overall good experience. Upon returning the vehicle the associate asked how our experience was, informed him of the hiccup on pick up and he gave us a card for a free upgrade next time. We will definetly be back here to rent again when we need to.

Great service from everyone! I lost a pair of shoes in the last rental I had in Minneapolis but I live in St. Cloud. Tony which is one of customer reps. Went to the cities and retrieved my belongings. And then called me to inform me that they had my shoes at the St. Cloud location. I appreciate you all they even swapped out the vehicle I had because it had a few things not working in it. Thank you enterprise staff I’m definitely going to be renting again there soon!
