The rating is based on my conversation with in-house staff. I wanted to leave a note here for others, in case it might help - they do not do personal installations; i.e. they are not open to the public. They cater to businesses only. I wanted to have a mirror installed in a walk-in closet - called in, then found out this piece of information.

Went too pick up 2 small glass pieces and the customer service from one of the shippers was the worst I’ve ever experienced (think his name is dexter). Extremely disrespectful the moment he spoke with me. Definitely will pursue this incident.

Great quality custom glass products. Very busy for loading. Allow time in your day for getting loaded. Employees do their best to get you loaded, but tough when it's none stop some days
