My recommendation to the manger Bill, resign as your lack of leadership is a contributing factor to staples declining revenue. As reported in the news, staples has been on a downhill spiral, you now walk into a staples and most often than not, it is filled with more staff than customers. Any right minded person would know that if there is only one staff member in the copy Center and several customer, or staff not showing up, or any other excuse, I would make sure my staff is cross trained to jump in at a moments notice. I would not be surprised if this staples location closes just like their former neighbour sports check. May be Bill is working for the competition as that would make a little sense.

I purchased a new HP printer and took it back to my hotel. I was having issues with connecting it to my computer. I went back to the store and dealt with Syrus. Syrus was very helpful and getting the printer hooked up to my computer. I appreciate the support and highly recommend this store. Thanks again.Jamie

I don't ever think a passport photo could be that expensive with Staples. $21.99 for hard copy and same amount for soft copy which I can get both in other places for half of this price. And to get the soft copy, you need to get a brand new USB I completely don't understand this. Also the photo quality is bad, if you don't have any staff knowing how to use the camera and make a shoot please don't offer the service.Completely rip off today, almost $60 for such a terrible passport photo.I never use this service again and do not recommend anybody. Try elsewhere like Pro passport photo, much cheaper than here

I went to this location and was helped by 3 gentlemen, Issac, James and another gentleman wearing a black t.All of them went over and beyond to figure out why my extended monitors were not connecting with my laptop.I have been to a few Staples, but the service rendered at this store bybthese 3 grafts was phenomenal. Thank you!!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but felt like others should be warned. I ordered a 1 day printing service for brochures, paid $45 and the quality was terrible. The paper they used was cheap and where the paper was folded was all ripped (the photos don’t do it justice). I would’ve requested a refund but I needed to present them to a business networking group the next day. Very embarrassing.I was told by one of the staff members that this is the quality for the 1 day service but that if I had ordered the regular service the quality would’ve been better. Considering Staples is a multi million dollar corporation, I would expect the same quality across the board. If they can’t produce the same quality, the service shouldn’t be offered at all. I was less than impressed to say the least and will be using other businesses in the future.

Picking up online printed orders is such a SLOW process. Nobody really gives you attention when standing in line, and even when they are helping customers, there only appears to be one person on staff. It's not my favourite place to shop, but they do sell some items cheaper than other places.

I went to this location few days ago to buy some of electronics device, the team was really helpful and professional, I had to wait for one of the staff who was helping other clientin the electronics section, when he was done he help me promptly and he faced a problem to finish our demand so he called the help centre and the issue was resolved.Grayson is the the one who made our life easy for that visit and he did a great job, thank you Grayson.
