First and last time shopping here. Cashier was incompetent and incredibly rude and could definitely use some instruction on how to speak to people. Managers were able to resolve the issue but not at all concerned with my experience.

I always seem to have luck finding the odd ball items I seem to need at this location. It's always clean, friendly staff, but doesn't offer a whole lot in the bedding department, but does have a lot when it comes to kitchen wares, and clothes. Aisles are large enough to comfortably shop without banging into anyone.

This store is part of the TJX co. It belongs to the family of Winners Marshalls and Maxx which closed some of their stores in the United States due to the novel Corona virus. This location opened in March 2021. The selection is grim. A lot of the product is exactly the same as offered at Winners but less stock. I'm very much looking forward to the border opening so that a new flush U.S. product can hit the Canadian market. I would not recommend this location. Marshalls at Hillside offers a better variety with better brand choices. And Winners in Langford has a larger variety overall to choose from.

This location was tidy and clean. Not a very busy time so it wasn’t crowded. I didn’t find it had a lot of great selection and definitely not as many sales racks as the US locations. Probably because it’s a smaller town. It was just OK but it would’ve been nice to see more clearance items too. Good location in a nice small and very easy parking.

Found the cuties unicorn dress for a 4 year old! Lots of sales . not much staff on the floor, but staff that were found were absolutely Personable give them a huge kudos!!
