Updated. I called to ask them to slow down in our neighborhood as the speed limit is 15 and I got called every think you could think of. There was more f…..g word use them any other word. I hung up and he called me back swearing again. Very rude and disrespectful in many ways. If I could I would put them way in the minus. I can’t post with out putting a star. I have came here to answer you. Yes you have slowed down to the speed but you hadn’t before me calling. But besides this no one deserves to be talked to the way you talked to me. But thank you for slowing down. If I see the speed going up I will call again.

Most often than not, they are quite rude and overcharge. My advice would be to go with economy taxi, they are and always have been the best taxi service in town. And they treat you with respect, there isn't one employee that works with that company that I've ever been disrespected by.

Nice workers for the most part but NEVER on time. Everytime I’ve called them they’re always like 15 minutes late. Not acceptable.

Worst taxi company and overall highly don’t recommend due to there poor customer service. Every time they charge me a different price then before, 2 drivers insulted me, once I waited over 35 minutes at a Walmart, once the driver even drove to my house just to tell me he can’t drive me where I need to due to “fishy address.” Very unreliable service.

I always vouch for these guys and loved using them but recently I called this “24 hour” cab company to pick me up milk and was told by the driver in a raspy voice he was far out of town, when I called him out and said he sounds like he actually was just sleeping he said yes and hung up on me

High winds caused our gas mileage to tank and we had to park 20km out of Strathmore before we ran out of fuel. These guys answered first call, super polite and friendly, left immediately to bring us a jerrycan of fuel, lent me gloves to use since it's -23 and followed is into town to make sure we made it. Angels.
