Called some other places and didn’t get very far with my parts request, however these guys were by far the nicest to deal with. Fast service, good price and overall just a really good experience. Would for sure recommend to everyone.

The only place for tires. If they don't have any in your size, they install and balance whatever you bring in at a very reasonable rate. Literally a quarter the cost that fountain tire quoted me at! Friendly and helpful too!

Marc (manager) over books the shop, and gets mad at everyone else for not getting stuff done fast enough with the wrong tools. Refuses to buy basic equipment for basic services they do. Will argue with the head mechanic, with little mechanic knowledge of his own about anything that is or will cost him money. Does SOME work himself, majority of the time Kayleigh (front desk) ends up doing it herself, making the entire environment stressful, uncomfortable, most of all uninviting, not only for staff but customers. Mark does no care for the employees, he will make them DIY solutions instead of buying proper equipment. Marc has had customer vehicles damaged without their knowledge nor informing them. Aswell as leaves heavy equipment (loader, telehandler) at bare minimum operational capacity to “save costs” when in reality it will be much more expensive when the equipment finally failsand either hurts or kill’s someone.

Bought a used engine here had some issues and granted it took longer then I would have liked Marc did make things right in the end and I appreciate that

I was happy that they had the part I Needed but the customer service was snotty and not good to deal with. The girl that answered the phone was pretty rude. Definitely will not be coming back there.
