Went there for my first mail experience. They were very busy due to the time of year so they had me move between technicians and they were all so kind, they took their time to explain things to me as I'd never been there before and I'm really happy with the results, will be going back for my fill ☺️

I've tried a few nail places in Charlottetown, but Princess nails is my favourite and now I won't go anywhere else! The staff always seem happy to see you, they do a great job, have lots of colour options and they are very professional. They always fit me in. The salon is clean and pleasant to relax in, I love watching their beautiful fish tank!

Got a manicure and a pedicure. It was very chaotic, one person telling you to do one thing then another telling you to do something else. very confusing. My pedicure was fabulous, the lady who did it did an excellent job, very attentive! My feet looked and felt fabulous. My manicure was a different story, the man who did it didn't say a work to me for at least 5 minutes after he started and he did a terrible job. He didn't even file my nails straight. Maybe it's because I didn't get fake nails but I don't like fake nails. The gel nail polish started chipping after 4 days and has basically destroyed my nails. Furthermore, all he did was buff my nails, there was no cuticle maintenance, hang nail removal or even moisturizer, nothing, just nail polish. I will never get a manicure there again. This was not a 92$ service! My feet well worth it, my hands not to much!

I would rate this place 0 if I could. I booked an appointment for 12 o’clock at 12:40 I was still sitting there at one of the stations and different employees going from stations to counter, working on different customers like an assembly line.The owner kept saying, ‘I’ll be right there!’ and screaming through the store how much different clients tipped. Never again.

They have one of my nails pointing upward and the rest crooked, and uneven, never pushed back my cuticle and then when i asked them to redo it they said they would never to charge me double and the price was already $57.50 and i said there is no reason I should have to pay double for something that didn’t look right. and when i said i wanted them longer then they ended up cutting it they said they couldn’t do that because my nail beds were to short, but i only needed them for one day for Semi-Formal, i always go there and they always do so good but not this time, i am extremely upset with how they turned out.

Went in for acrylic nails just got a simple green and black and ended up with multiple crooked nails and the nail polish did not settle well you can see every brush stroke. Stuff is sticking to the nails and was definitely not cured properly. When I called and wanted to discuss the situation they were super aggressive and even hung up on me and I paid 80 bucks for a terrible set of nails.Super unprofessional and will encourage everyone to go literally anywhere but here.Refused to give a refund even tho their nail techs didn't properly do the nails how they should be done. They started cracking the day after
