I had a complete Alarm system installed 30+ years ago By Chuck and his 2 man Ukrainian crew. From what i remember they were polite and hard working. Had Contacts on windows doors plus Motion sensors installed. I have never had a problem other than replacing the back-up Battery s. When i Called this Month to replace the battery. Alex was very kind and came out the following Morning. I felt safe and secure knowing my system always on Guard.

After a devastating robbery in the late 90's, we were put in touch with the owner from a concerned police officer who new a retired police officer who had opened this business. I've been with Shanalex ever since. It doesn't matter if I have a trouble code, a patio door to be wired, or a new garage door to have stickers installed, I get contacted the same day for service. I can't express the comfort of knowing we are safe and protected. We have been monitored ever since - even at our new location, and, knock on wood, we have not been robbed again. I think it makes a difference. You cannot pay for peace of mind like that.
