Mercanti Granite & Quartz LTD.

We just had Mercanti provide us with a quartz countertop, waterfall and backsplash. My wife (and I) are thrilled with the outcome. The professionalism demonstrated by Erin, Tim, and Bethany was what any customer should expect and the installation was absolutely superb. Tyler and his helper (pardon me if I am wrong) Doug, did such an incredible job, the seams are virtually non detectable due to accuracy in cuts, precision in polishing and to top it off, professionalism once again. I was so impressed I invited them back to actually see my kitchen upon completion. I highly recommend Mercanti Granite and Quartz.

A couple of years ago I had a new Quartz counter top installed in a big kitchen renovation. Somehow we got our wires crossed, partly my fault, and the counter tops that were installed had a different pattern although it was the same product line. I informed Tim about the mistake and immediately, without any hesitation or argument he took all the blame upon himself and told us they would replace it free of charge. Now that's an incredible loss to their company. We live about 3 hours from their shop so that also meant a lot of time out of their schedule. It turned out that we were actually quite happy with the new design and told them that it was all good. He tried very hard to give us a break in the price and even suggested giving us the island counter top for free. We just told him no way, that we were quite happy with what we got. We all ended up satisfied with the project but one thing it demonstrated to me was that I could count on this company to stand behind their name and that customer satisfaction was their main priority. We were so happy with this company that we used them again this year to put in counter tops in a new house we had just built. Once again their product and installation was faultless. I would like to thank Tim and his company for treating us so well. I would highly recommend them for both customer satisfaction, professional courtesy and job well done.

I had Mercanti replace my countertops about a year ago, they did an excellent job and we have been really happy with it. We recently got a little chip in it by sink area, and they came by and did a superb job repairing it, absolutely invisible. Their customer service is first rate, friendly and professional and so prompt. I totally appreciate the customer care and the skill they bring to the job. I can't recommend them highly enough. We first worked with Mercanti 5 years ago and had a great experience which is why we went with them again for our new house. I didn't think it was possible but the experience was even better the second time! Tim is knowledgeable and was so patient with all of my questions and tiny details. The install team was meticulous and respectful. After the job was complete Bethany made sure we understood they were still there for us with any questions or concerns. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!

We are so happy with our new counter top! Our experience right from the beginning was second to none. Our initial visit to the showroom was very informative and we felt welcome and valued. Tim replied to our questions promptly, the job was started promptly, and there were no delays. The measuring was extremely precise so the installation went very smoothly. The guys who did the install were hard working, friendly, and fast! We had a couple of concerns about the surface and these were dealt with immediately to guarantee 100% satisfaction with the product and with the workmanship. Everyone who we encountered with the company was honest, hard-working, very skilled, and kind. We would recommend Mercanti in a heart beat to anyone looking to install quartz or granite.

Recently had new quartz countertops installed from Mercanti. From the initial contact to the final install, everything went according to plan and no hiccups at all. While there are some cheaper alternatives out there, I would rather deal with one company/person from the initial selection to final install and after-sale service. (This is worth the extra few hundred dollars over some of the big box stores). I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for new countertops.
