The store was clean and the staff is friendly. The only problem with this visit is that when we asked where something could be found the staff member gave us two totally incorrect locations. So we had to stand around looking until another staff member came and told us the correct location.

Very well laid out store. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breezed thru the cash line easy. A little bit different type of store as there are no windows in the store.

First initial experience with the print department was horrendous. Lack of training and overall poor quality and zero customer service. However, Dan saved the day! I had my friends mom's celebration of life cards printed and he came to the rescue. He not only fixed it but stayed late to rectify the issue. Pay this man more, as employees like him are hard to find! Thanks again Dan!

I called a lady who was working there at that time I asked her few times but she ignored me and then I told her to help me with something she ignored me again I was very disappointed with the staff

Purchased a Lenovo tablet for our business - worked great for 4 weeks and died -Went into Staples and they won’t do anything because only 2 WEEK warranty - never again will I deal with this company !! Nice customer service !!
