Toronto Island Bicycle Rental
An OK experience if it's been a long time or the first time you're riding on Centre Island. The pricing is far and the single bikes have no wait times, but be prepared to wait upwards to an hour for a quadcycle.The bikes are not in the greatest condition and staff aren't very helpful in regards to fixing faulty bikes after they've been taken out of the garage (there are a lot of bike seat issues in particular).

Well, the only choice here for bikes. We got two bikes that were completely on the different ends of quality. Both had gears removed, so you were stuck on the one gear, which was of course different on both of them. The other one was fairly ok, but the other one felt super sluggish, tires were half-empty, it was very uncomfortable to ride. They did give us a small discount because of this, but could not understand why the bike was bad when we returned it.All in all it is good way to explore the island, but cannot give this much more rating than this. Make sure you get a decent bike from their selection.

Toronto Island Bicycle Rental
Would like to do this again. Crowds were huge on labour day so it was limited to a one hour rental. I would have done much longer. And explored more of the island . Maybe next year. Tandem bike was a cool option if you have never done it. Go try it. FYI gears can't be changed on the bikes I guess to limit speeds. But a good gear is set for general riding. Toronto Island Bicycle Rental
We had a great time renting bikes from Toronto Island Bicycle Rental! We rented a tandem at first, but it was to hard to handle so we change for two bikes and had a blast riding around the island. The staff was super friendly and helpful, (they even exchange my bike for something smaller because my feet didn't touch the ground), and the bikes were in great condition.

It was my first time to drop on that island, I rented a bike for an hour, bikes tires were half deflated took me big energy to pedal through the island, a strategy to make people take longer to return the bike? So I paid 18$ 2 hours the time till I returned, it’s much cheaper to bring a bixi bike from downtown on the ferry if you plan to spend only a couple of hours on the island

Nice service, a lot of bikes we didn't have to wait. The price is reasonable too. The bikes are reasonably maintained too. The only problem is that the 2 and 4 seaters have a fixed gear which can get tiring, and the seat height is too low of you're close to 6 feet / 1.8 m, so bring a pillow or fold towels like we did.

Toronto Island Bicycle Rental
The hands down best way to the view the islands. Whether you and a partner are taking normal bicycles or you are a family taking the quadcycles it is always fun. The 4 seaters do take quite a bit of work to make them move, so if you are the only peddler make sure you are in good shape as the frame is quite heavy. Went with my partner and 2 younger kids and everyone had a blast going from one end of the island to the other.

These quadricycles are so much fun. There was a bit of a wait so they let us go walk around for 15 mins and kept the quads aside for us for when we got back.
