Great stuff, fixed my iPhone 7 the same day i dropped it off. The kid that was working at the front desk was really nice as well.

Waste of time. Called ahead. Brought iPhone into store on a Saturday for a battery replacement. I troubleshot the charging problem and said maybe it could use a new charging port as well. The young man at counter said they had a battery but no charging port replacement and it could be 2 weeks to order. So knowing by experience the battery change is an hour of labor, I went to store everyday for 3 days and each time was told it was getting fixed, next in line, and the so on. When I asked for my phone back for the SIM card I was told it wasn’t at the store but at the “guy’s” house who fixes the phones. Wednesday at 5pm I had to ask for my phone back, as the repair guy came to store with it and missing its protective case. After being in their hands for 96hours, the battery was never replaced and they said they changed the port piece but also stated the port was dirty and needed cleaning and drying. “Why clean an old piece if it’s going to be replaced with brand new?”Anyways I paid their charge of “trouble shooting” but they said they didn’t charge me for the part, which I believe was never changed in the first place as the first representative said they had no replacement parts. All together it was a terrible experience and the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had with a business. Too many excuses from a IT company who’s sign outside reads “Fast, professional repairs”.

We brought our phones in months ago and it's still in repair.. should of been fixed long ago cause it's only the power button than needed to be fixed..

I phoned and then came into the store. I'm willing to pay for the full price for you guys to order the parts but I want to keep my phone until the parts arrived. What a waste of time I'll just order a new phone. I can't wait for 2 weeks while it's only the camera being replaced. I don't get why I can't pay out right for the parts and then bring my phone in to be repaired. I don't get it you give me a quotation over the phone and I come in the next day to pay and you don't want it

Fixed my computer in like an hour. Super knowledgeable friendly. Amazing be arcade! Great staff and comfy atmosphere
