Always a pleasant experience coming to this location. As you enter the door staff are ready to greet you with a friendly smile. They always treat me with a professionalism that makes you feel you are an important customer no matter how big or small your transaction may be. I have been dealing with this location since about 2012. They may not be perfect 100% of the time but with the time that i had issues with a specific transfer management was on my case in overtime to resolve it and kept me updated on its status. It made me feel important and valued as a customer and with that experience i am truly grateful.

If I could give no stars I would. The older east Indian lady was absolutely rude and told me “how is it this difficult for me to understand when signing the forms there” while she was on the phone with another customer. I was trying to tell her I didn’t want to interrupt her so I signed where it says initials and signature she kept telling me “how could I not understand to sign a proper forms” she kept saying that and shaking her head.. I felt completely embarrassed with other customers there.. I walked away and said have a nice day and left. I hope you find trained people with better customer service. That is all
