Hello,It is with great pleasure that I provide a reference on behalf of Divine Favour Home Care.My 82 year dad was discharged from Southlake Hospital at the end of May and unfortunately, due to torn ligaments was unable to return home. We were able to find a spot at a local retirement facility, however, we had to arrange for private PSW care.Fortunately for us we were referred to Divine Favour and Lilian Lum. I contacted Lilian on a ‪Friday afternoon‬ and explained the situation and the following Monday (within 48 hours), Lilian was able to identify a reliable PSW.Lilian met us at the retirement facility to introduce my dad and the assigned PSW.The PSW was truly wonderful!!She was warm, friendly, caring, compassionate and demonstrated a great deal of empathy for the situation my dad found himself in.The PSW provided personal care and companionship during an extremely difficult time for my dad.We felt very relieved when we heard of how he was supported while in her care.Lilian has been a great support as well and has gone above and beyond.Thank you to everyone in your team!Sincerely,Maria

I will never recommend anyone to work here because I never get payed on time, everytime I have to call and remind the office to pay me but they never listen and put me on wait for days...SADLY BUT TRUE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
