This is the most inefficient, poor customer service, disorganized site I have ever been. 15 minutes for an ice cream. Not even their supervisor knows what’s going on here. Never go inside. Drive thru is better. I had to get my money back and walk away.

Fast enough service but whenever I use the bathroom, it’s dirty and they often have no toilet paper. Tonight there was no toilet paper IN ANY OF THE STALLS. Another time there was puke all over the place. Makes you wonder how clean it can be in the kitchen area.

I had ordered online to pick-up outside. When I got to the restaurant the app wasn't working so I went inside. The lady serving was extremely rude and told me she didn't have my order. I showed her the order on the app and but she wouldn't help me at all. She was rude to all the customers that were there. They were all commenting on her rudeness. One of the other customers tried to help me with the connection (it was connected). After about 45 minutes I finally ordered from another employee, who was very pleasant. I made a report to McDonalds online - advising the name of the rude employee, but never heard anything. I will never go back to that McDonald's.

I am sure the owners must real happy to know that the service at this mcds is awful, you can easily wait 25 minutes in the drive through, like clearly they have lost the concept of fast food, people go to get food, hoping it will be just that, FAST, but its the furthest thing from fast, if the employees spent as much actually doing their job & serving the customers, as opposed to standing around talking i am sure the wait wouldn't be so long, so utterly ridiculous!

After placing an order with Uber eats and my Uber eats driver waiting 35 minutes, they canceled the order. 1 hour waiting for food during the ice storm and they decided to cancel, my guess is because they stopped serving breakfast even though my order was placed 30 minutes before breakfast cut off time. This McDonald’s is useless and doesn’t care about its clients.

Waited for my son to have his interview for a position there. Sat far so I wouldn’t be influencing. They gave him the interview for 5:15pm at the restaurant. Waited so long to even be acknowledged. Then the lady came with the most unwelcoming attitude I have ever seen. Can’t you even try to smile?!?! After the form was filled, waited 45 minutes to give it in, all the while, the lady keeps passing by, seeing him wait. Finally took the pen back, but not the application form. Came back 10 minutes later to say, we have your number for the second interview!!! There wasn’t even a first interview! The worst part was her whole vibe towards a young person applying for their first job. Awful

Excellent location terrace with plenty tables, facing south east . It is ideal to enjoy a cup of coffee while meeting someone to come by bus. The bus station is less than 100 feet away.

i was waiting on cash to place my order with other people over 10 minutes, no one came , i asked is there a manager today and the lady told me yes thats me , i told her please we have been waiting on cash over 10 minutes ,she told yes wait .it was sunday 1:53 so i just left and found a place where they can value their customers

They kept me waiting 10 min in the curbside pickup ( 7:58-8:08) no body showed up. My baby in the care was crying, I had to go to drive thru. Window one: they said they didn't have my order in the branch, referring me to window 2...same answer....then I showed the confirmation in my app. Then a very impolite and rude french lady ( Claudia or Carolina I guess) came to me and instead of apologizing to keep me waiting, was complaining why I was not in the spot no. 3.....That was very rude as if I am the one who owe them....the other nice lady came and apologized.....Where do you find these rude people and hire them to screw your reputation? What a shame....

Still a decent McDonald's but not what it used to be unfortunately. Food takes noticeably longer to be ready, and is often not entirely correct. Staff are kind and replace everything for you no questions if you have your bill. Drive through isn't too bad but same issue that often a food item isn't correct. Drive through has 2 ordering machines so that helps a bit, but still expect to spend a good 15 minutes behind only 4 or 5 cars. Don't avoid this McD's but def think if your running late before hitting it up.
