I brought my tools to be sharpened and received fantastic service! My tools are actually sharper than they were brand new. Once you get your tools sharpened with Dr. Saw, the blades will actually stay sharper longer than if they were brand new! I've been using Dr. Saw for years and plan to continue to do so for many years to come!

DONT GO HERE. I dropped of saw blades to get sharpened. I have went there 3 times now. Everytime they say 5 days. First 2 times was couple days more k fine stuff happens. But now this third time going there they have had them now for 3.5 weeks and appersntly one of them is still not done, even though I called them 2 days ago asking what was going on and he said the next day being Tuesday Well i call Wednesday nope not done he said to come back Friday.Well whether or not they are done I'll be picking them up and I will NOT be back.

Awful service.Due to unfortunate circumstance I was unable to pick up my mower.So Dr. Saw just sold it for profit.Didn’t offer an apology or a solution. Very unsatusfied. Do not go here.You will be disappointed.

My mom brought her riding lawn mower here to get the belt replaced and the belt pulleys tightened so the belt would stop falling off. They replaced the 15$ belts but didn't touch the pulleys, the mower still didn't work well when we got it back. They charged her 300$ for probably 10 minutes of work. These guys will take advantage of you if they see the opportunity. I do not recommend you do business with this shady business.

Dr. Saw is awesome! I've bought 2 lawnmowers from them and one push mower. All the equipment worked great! When I needed a repair, they had it done for me in a couple days and my lawnmower never broke down again. The owner is a really great guy. I've had some great conversations with him! He is also a brilliant Inventor! I will always be a customer at Dr. Saw!

Dr Doom. Took in a Fiskar manual mower for sharpening. He had it for 3 weeks then said he couldn't do it and returned it broken. It worked prior to going in just needed sharpening. What a waste of time.

Really bad customer service. Sold me a used lawnmower and broke a week later. Even though it was used, he didn't honour any warrant or anything. So, I thought if try again. People change over time. No, still rude when I called and hung up the phone as I was asking questions. He said no...

Did a pass poor job didn't even do all the blades. I took my golf green mower to be sharpened, first it took 3 weeks plus, I tried calling was rudely hang up on, so I went there I got oh sorry I lost the paperwork""

Would not use the sharpening service again. Quoted $10 over the phone and charged $27 in person for chainsaw sharpening service. You can basically buy brand new chainsaw for that price.

Had my push mower sharpened. Was told it would take a week and it only took a day.... works great. Owner is no-nonsense, but nothing wrong with that... he’s busy. Will definitely go back.
